On a short chainstay bike you get a shorter wheelbase for the same cockpit size and head angle, so it's less stable and cuts a shorter turn. Your feet are closer to the rear wheel so it's easier to feel where it is. It's easier to push in and overwhelm just the rear tire, because when you push with your feet that's where the weight goes. You can turn with your feet more. You don't need to pull as hard on the bars to transfer weight or lift the front. That's what flickable means, and that's what people generally like...

Not really an issue as much as it would be a welcome addition. It is somewhat easy to burp Intend forks by loosening the top nut a bit with a 10mm socket and pushing down. Better than flipping the bike over and using a little zip tie in the wiper seal. The Italian Guy puts bleeders in the crown. I just filmed the Push Nine One video on a 60mm stem and it worked fine.

When I started diving deeper into all of this bar and stem geometry when I designed our bars, I built myself a handy little tool to play around with cockpit geometries that takes bar roll into account. Stack and Reach is taken into account, depending on bar roll, but I have not yet found a way to calculate the sweep angles, as a function of bar roll. Either it's very complicated or I am just not seeing the forest for the trees. Brain gets mushy after some time of trigonometrics, espoecially in excel. But it's quite fun to play with.

Here is your difference in steering bwetween a 70mm stem and a 35mm stem with straight 800mm bars. That's about a 1% difference. Your hands will travel about the same amount: 212mm vs. 210mm for a 30° handlebar turn. That's less than a 1% difference. I can speak to clothing as I run a tiny MTB apparel brand, Abit Gear. The short story is that for USA brands, tariffs are making it a royal PITA and covid saw a glut of inventory that isn't yet cleared. Sure, margins are good on paper, but you have a SKU problem with apparel do to size and color variants, you have to carry a lot of aged inventory, and fight discounting from competitors more than with hard goods. I’ve run a single bike with a fairly large range of FC/RC ratios. Having a the ability to change the rear center +10 and +20mm means all other factors stay the same (bar, stem, spacers, etc), so having the ratio range from 1.88, 1.84 and 1.80 respectively. All these setups rode noticeably different. And in my experience, the longer rear centre's meant a higher bar heights to achieve a similar rider balance point. All of these setups were rideable for me absolutely. But personally, the longest chainstay felt too long and I struggled to get the weight off the front...

The cannibal at $52 is a great tire. I'm a fan of the radial MM but if you prefer tires with a locked in cornering feel and a supportive side wall, it may not be for you. I think the radial MM is better at slower speeds where mechanical grip is favored in lieu of support. Michelin tires might be worth considering. The MS is a better version of the Magic mary imo, with more support yet still supple. The MH is more similar to the other tires you mentioned - has a pronounced channel and provides locked in grip...
