Continuing the chat of Danny Hart, I'm also in the camp where he doesn't really come across as much of a "personality" to me, but also not someone who's had particularly great results over the past year. I have a feeling some companies are also just taking a harder look at which riders are really driving sales. Wales didn't get an independent legislature under the crown until the 90s. American states are in many ways more independent than any of the UK's countries, and all states have had independent legislature since creation. PB Academy is a reality TV show not the real world of racing, and they selected a freerider. Freeriders are in my opinion still athletes that have to prioritize their skills on the bike. To say they're simply influencers first and athletes second ignores the years of practice & dedication it takes to perform those stunts competently.

It seems a little bit wasteful, being forced to buy the stock shock mount + The MX mount. Yeah, it's 45 or wathever euros and then you have the two options, but still, if you really dont care about big and flimshy rear wheels... Its a chunk of metal that will end up being recycled without any use. Other than that it looks amazing and a good evolution from the previous version

Fork was sent in 2022, so likely a 2023 model. Oh gosh a year beyond release on a fork that’s still widely available to consumers, how utterly ridiculous for Seb to write about its shortcomings as a heavier rider. Who hurt you.

maybe Loic should do a season in a Sprinter van, sharing with another rider, eating stale vegemite sandwiches, riding a flogged out bike and living on 100 Euro a week before coming up with statements like that, He's never done it hard, never slept in a prostitutes dungeon (wtf frotha?) It's a right of passage for up and coming Aussies and Kiwi's to sleep in a van by the skin of their teeth on a clapped out bike, doing surprisingly well and then party harder that night. The flex near the axle is from bending moment, not torsion. It is comparatively easy to resist twisting of a material, as opposed to clamping a certain distance apart, and then resisting bending between those two points. In fact bending (from one point) is one the more famous / infamous mechanical engineering problems for students.

The entitlement that comes across in Loic’s interview is hard to deal with. Calling privateers “Gypsies” and saying that they make the pits look bad… Sacha Baron Cohen didn’t do this good of a job in Ricky Bobby!

Is it insane to anyone that Discovery/ESO hasn't figured out how to show the leader's split time stacked w/ the split up or down of the racer on screen? Let alone indicate which rider is in the gate (Qualified 11th). I constantly have to go to the qualifying PDF to remember how many riders are left to go. Would be simpler to have that on screen The only thing I've seen them do that's helpful w/ the split times is the "knockout" of the 31st rider in Semi-Finals.

Maybe I’ve been mountain biking too long but that Specialized is boring AF. Really what were they hiding? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Hype department has a lot of funding, engineering department maybe not as much.
