It definitely doesn't have minimal effect. Because the rider position can only be so optimized the bike is even more important for aero. Go ride a normal road bike and ride an aero one, it takes a lot less watts to hold 40km/h on the aero one.

I’ve seen it too many times in this thread recently. I’m sorry but grammar matters sometimes. You pedal a bike. Therefore it’s pedaling a bike or pedaling efficiency. Peddle means to travel from place to place selling small goods, or to persistently try to convince people to accept an idea, story, or piece of information. Peddling is the act of trying to sell those goods or ideas. The only thing you’re peddling with an eCVT is the idea that it’s somehow better (or worse) than the other options.

Shop guys pretty regularly see just about any frame on earth broken, and it really doesn't often turn any of us off a brand. I have loved vital for its community and often thought about the quality of the discussion compared to how dougal has burnt threads and almost whole sites to the ground other places. When I saw him posting here the other week I kept an open mind, wondering if he’d read the room. I guess it’s his choice and the mods choice.
