Damn, that review is borderline shredit territory, nice riding. The main problem with amflow bikes right now is I don't want to put money down then have X new bikes and new components announced by the time it gets delivered. We all know there is a 900Wh coming, as well as at least one Canyon bike right in the same category.

I can from personal experience tell you that Pinky's came from commitment and community and for sure not family wealth. He was taken to many many races by families kind enough to bring him when dad could not and rode with very bad tires and bikes with lots of miles. I dont know the situation of the other riders but back to the point of the US category system holding riders back, I dont see a problem at all. JMHO

Other site hypothesizing Finn Iles could leave specialized. Would be a serious risk to swap frames (from best in class), tires, brakes, and likely suspension onto another team. All of those cited by top riders as factors that can or do affect their performance. Kev would certainly follow and maybe Nico V (Dak made it sound like Nico is Finn's guy) so it could be a winning package. Also, if I were at the big S or Pure Agency I'd certainly scrounge together the budget to keep the current squad together- its the best performing team on the circuit and...

Removable batteries just have too many compromises and only a small subset of riders really feel the need for them. The small weight savings between a 400 & a 600 wh battery would be eaten up by the additional mass of having a removable battery anyways. Worth noting, it's very helpful to a battery's life span to never fully charge or fully drain. So, if you 'need' a 400wh battery to complete your typical ride, a 600wh battery allows you to keep the battery between 20-80% charge at all times.

We did a comparison test between Specialized's Levo 4 and Levo R to see what separates each bike. And selfishly, I wasn't really sold on the Levo R and wanted to see if Specialized was just blowing smoke or if it served a purpose. TLDR - both bikes ride really well. The Levo R could be made into a sick mini-enduro bike with some different components. Motor power/range is great, but I'd struggle to buy one knowing Avinox exists and offers more everything at a similar or lower weight. Like, comment, sell your soul to the devil 😈

Aventon is cool in my book. Sponsoring Tippie and Angel and making a quality, reasonably priced ebike. Sounds better than one more super posh boutique brand making a product that costs five figures.
