He was taken to many many races by families kind enough to bring him when dad could not and rode with very bad tires and bikes with lots of miles. I dont know the situation of the other riders but...

8/3/2026 2:12pm Why would that be? Asa and Pinky are in the top 5 WC overall, Bodie has qualified 2nd and qualified for all WC races all three are 21 or younger. Luca Shaw has won a race and was 3rd overall last year. It feels to my like the US is doing well in the WC races and getting better. JMHO.

That means that of the 15 teams guaranteed into each race and the wildcard teams that if they have a good junior, should each have a junior in the race. The tracks are so different in the US from the European tracks that going over as a junior is one of the only ways to learn. 9/22/2025 8:27am Ben Cathro on PB got it right. When he went to sprint out of the gate he twisted his bars to the right trying to get a strong start and his wheel was to far to the right and collided with the pole. It was a costly mistake but will be learned from and will get better.

Can we move on from 1 personality joke from over a year ago. Let's talk about the crappiest part of the entire weekend. Hate it for Pinky to tag the anti-HardLine start pole. I've always been of the opinion the start should have a solid wall on both sides of the rider to prevent any "catching" of equipment/gear/clothing & that nub proves my point. It should be at minimum an aluminum/wood half wall to funnel/graze & not chance a bike/gear/clothing snagging it. I think back to the crap way Shaun Palmer lost SkierCross at the X Games catching a tip...

7/8/2025 11:14am UCI world rankings are based on a yearly rolling total. So each month sees points added and taken away as they expire. The WC rankings I believe begin with the first race and end at the last.
