Been a long time visitor... first tech rumor contribution, what shock is that? 👀

I hope this is on topic - But since it was news from this week. Just got the OneUp pedals delivered. Some pics and size comparison to Saints for anyone that has been contemplating them. They are very similar in size, I would say maybe 5% smaller overall platform. Tried to "dry" clip them in to my Fox Union shoes, but the pins are quite high, and the clip mechanism seems quite hard (From my experience shimano is the same, and it takes a bit for them to "break in) - So I could not clip them in by hand...

I probably service 1 of those a year, and one I did recently had done about 10,000k without a service and was in pretty damn good condition inside. The USD concept of keeping oil on the bushings is way more beneficial than people give it credit for.

It's quite possible that it would use a magnetic connection to charge. The Reform saddles use this style of connection to power the heating element in the saddles during the molding process

Hi there, Cam here from Outlier MTB. First and foremost, thank you all for your positive comments and support during our recent launch! I see that some of you have been discussing the actual pedal drop on this forum. There have been some misunderstandings that we would like to take some time to clear up. Our Pendulum pedal as it was released has 6mm of drop measured from the centre of the axle to the top of the platform. Most flat pedal platforms are somewhere between 5-7mm above the axle so our pedals are essentially ~12mm bellow your average pedal...
