I know it was in a prototype state at Eurobike, but the bikes it was displayed on mostly looked very complete (and ready for production?) Curious if its something we might see for next spring/summer, or if its further away in time

Most of the people I know don't buy the $15k bike - they buy the frame from the $15k bike, and then their favorite components, since the factory builds don't have the parts they want.

9/8/2026 4:48pm Also curious about this. Wondering if they keep it as a 120/130 bike, possibly with a 140 fork up front for a lunch ride version? I feel like it being a 130mm rear puts it too close to the MT, but who knows! A 120 with the sixfinity could be cool.

8/31/2026 8:59am Interesting! I too have the epic 9, just went out in the shed and checked, a bit difficult to see with the derailleur still on, but does not look like there is a hole there. So maybe gravel/road bike groupset only?

8/6/2026 1:19am So anyone has an explanation for this? Flight attendant module on a fox fork. Dont think the Sid 35mm cartridge fits a 34 fox fork. So has someone modified a 32mm sid sl cartridge to fit a fox 34? Or is rockshox/sram doing something we dont know about yet? The thing that people miss about the lockout/FA efficiency thing is that it's not just about efficiency but power production. When the bike is firmer, you have more to push AGAINST. Most people do power tests on their road bikes because they know it will boost their numbers. The longer the interval, the easier it is to do on the MTB vs the road bike, but those shorter harder efforts are generally considered easier on the road bike. 6/29/2026 10:30am With flight attendant, you can have it this way. You can switch into manual mode, and then depending on how you set up your buttons on the axs "pod" - You can just use it to cycle between modes, like it was manually controlled, just that it does it wirelessly.

6/12/2026 3:59pm Seems like sram has a new dropper lever+flight attendant button combo. Comes on the new scott spark models that has flight attendant but no axs dropper. For example, Specializeds Epic 8/9 pro models with flight attendant and wired dropper, just comes without a pod for the flight attendant, which I always thought was strange.
