Correct, basically just reposting an ad by a Chinese company, with no 3rd party assessment. Maybe it’s a great product, but I thought vital was more of a review site, rather than an advertising platform. Simple things like there are no 14 speed cassettes yet, and no real way to set the indexing between sram and shimano standards (although very small) and the obvious name of “GX” coincidentally the same letters SRAM uses for their lower end wireless drivetrain, make seem like another low effort Chinese product with a lot more refining to be done before brought to market.

Not that I found so far. I find it odd how no tire reviews measure that number and always compare the feel instead. I just ordered a durometer gauge so let's see how my collection of tires measure. I can even even compare cold vs indoor temp.

@ Dropper brands, Make a decent Wireless dropper that doesnt look like ass and has 200+ travel, I'll buy it. Like actually make one, sell it to me and make some profit off me. Intergrate the battery, contact charging at the post colllar, a little bit of extra length is fine as most seat tubes are short now, id happily lose 20mm off my oneup dropper down to 220 so i could have it wireless. Sometimes It makes me wonder if brands actually want to sell products

surely i cant be the only one who hates the fox neo dropper design, ie the system being at the mid cap assembly, it looks so out of place and odd. We buy all these nice clean looking bikes then a huge bulge 3/4 up a seat tube lol. I've been wanting a wireless dropper but not when they look like that lmao

My MT7s had a 66% failure rate in less than two rides and Magura USA were a royal pain in the ass about it. Awful brakes and customer service, wouldn’t even run them if they were free.

Some our local rippers / engineers came up with a very unique "axle-less" pedal. Machined here in Calgary, Alberta and testing in the rocky mountains. They use a big ol 6902 bearing for spinny duties. The pendulum (drop pedal) is super interesting. The low variant has a smaller magnet and weighs ~66 grams (total) whereas the medium and tall variant have larger magnets and weigh ~88 grams (total). The bike industry is full of things that scream poor design and manufacturing. It's far from a SRAM specific problem.

The fact SRAM state you have to complete these extra steps just to achieve a brake that works for their top of the line product (which no other manufacturer does) just screams poor design and manufacturing.
