That's mind boggling. I was excited to read about it this morning and when I arrived at Sea Otter today I was genuinely confused when I tried the brake and it went all the way to the grip. I then tried every bike they had on display sharing booth with Ohlins, and every bike had the same issue. I mean, what?!

The Vancouver hardline is going to be bonkers. You can take a city bus to Cypress. Compare this to tassie or even the wales site where you had to either make a big flight or drive a long way. They could literally have every inch of the course covered with people if they want. What a treat for us west coasters. Never could pull the trigger on flying to watch a WC on the east coast, now we have WC Whistler and a hardline in the same year.

I know someone that made over $5k this season in wins at ESC enduros. Granted, she won almost all of them but still, that's comparable to what "world class events" are paying out.

Any word on where the US Open will be this year? Still saying TBD on the Pro Downhill series website. I assumed (hoped) it would be at Killington again.

FYI for anyone who follows or is interested in the Monster Pro Downhill Series: The next race in the series is in mid-May at New Jersey's Mountain Creek Bike Park. Last year at Mountain Creek, Aaron Gwin and Kailey Skelton won. In 2024 a couple of kids won: Asa Vermette and Erice Van Leuven. may be.. but remember some juniors dominating and breaking through on their first junior year, dont carry over the streak/pace into their 2nd year junior.. as well into elites.. many examples.. but for sure will be exiting..
