10/3/2024 8:47am This one's somewhat a team and a tech rumor I guess: Judging by Orbea's oolap post from today it looks like their DH bike is ready which would take one thing hindering them from starting a DH team off the table.

9/27/2024 12:40am Linkglide has been spectacular for me. Might be my favorite groupset ever (it replaced dog puke NX, so that probably makes it seem better). Every low spec ebike should come with it.

9/26/2024 11:42pm Got a YT Decoy on a hell of a deal.... Didn't think I was going to own an e bike but when it cost less then my last Commencal amish bike things happen.

9/23/2024 10:19pm Oops Asa Cycles! A few things to be gleaned from the details: Bontrager Brevard - new Assegai/DHF clone? RIB(2.0)'ed for her pleasure. Curious they call it the Rail+. The + typically signifies the ebike version of a preexisting model. Is this new rail twice as much ebike as the previous one? Also, Damn it Trek, you're speccing deore on the lowest model, why the heck aren't you speccing deore linkglide??? It's THE E-MTB drivetrain!

9/15/2024 4:37am Can anyone explain the marketing strategy of Pivot letting Enduro-Mtb feature/review the bike and not showing it anywhere else, including their website ??

9/13/2024 1:07pm I actually download the enduro mag app to read about it. Looks like a sweet bike. I dont get why manufacture's aren't producing DH ebikes. This makes so much more sense then a 130 ebike. I want to ride my shuttle trails on these and not shuttle. Maybe that would be to much like a moto 😱 with a dual crown and coil shock + a full face.

9/13/2024 1:06pm I'm super interested in reading some reviews of this bike. B.K seemed to do better at World Cups on the last production Phoenix compared to the prototype IMO, but maybe he was more focused on wrapping up the CrankWorx title. If they drop a motorized version of this, I'll be on it like flies on doodoo. Wonder if we'll see a motorized version first, or a 2 Chainz Firebird? The industry as a whole seems to be asleep at the wheel with regards to super enduro/DH e bikes. Just go full power with suspension that can actually handle a heavy...

9/13/2024 12:49pm Not for the race promoter... While we may not see ebike racing on a world level, someone will grab that ball and figure out a way to make something happen... Ebikes sales are one of the bright spots for the industry right now..

9/11/2024 6:59am Sorry champ, but our Apollo program used the metric system, and the Soviet Union landed plenty of things on the moon other than humans. More importantly, does the UCI hate miles or privateers more? 😁

9/5/2024 4:38am bro I'd wash the truck and make Loic dinner every night if I got a shot on the Factory Specialized team. It's pretty surreal to see Finn grow up before our eyes into the beast he is today, I remember watching Youtube video's of him on LaPierre and he looked like he would have been 30kg ringing wet, then all the sudden he's winning Crankworx whip off, nekminute he's a grown ass man! Fuck I'm old.

9/5/2024 4:36am Why should Finn leave Specialized? He has accepted that Bruni is number 1. He won't get more money anywhere, let alone a better bike.

8/28/2024 3:45am Unpopular opinion - this bike looks good, is made in the US, and that's where the good ends. You're maintaining a zillion bolts for what is essentially a Kona, plus it costs $4k. Oh and it's steel, so somewhere along those zillion bolts it's gonna rust because you haven't looked them all through and paint doesn't cover the threads and such. Bit of a bougie/showboat bike at best.
