I actually download the enduro mag app to read about it. Looks like a sweet bike. I dont get why manufacture's aren't producing DH ebikes. This makes so much more sense then a 130 ebike. I want to ride my shuttle trails on these and not shuttle. Maybe that would be to much like a moto 😱 with a dual crown and coil shock + a full face.

I'm super interested in reading some reviews of this bike. B.K seemed to do better at World Cups on the last production Phoenix compared to the prototype IMO, but maybe he was more focused on wrapping up the CrankWorx title. If they drop a motorized version of this, I'll be on it like flies on doodoo. Wonder if we'll see a motorized version first, or a 2 Chainz Firebird? Not for the race promoter... While we may not see ebike racing on a world level, someone will grab that ball and figure out a way to make something happen... Ebikes sales are one of the bright spots for the industry right now..

It's pretty surreal to see Finn grow up before our eyes into the beast he is today, I remember watching Youtube video's of him on LaPierre and he looked like he would have been 30kg ringing wet, then all the sudden he's winning Crankworx whip off, nekminute he's a grown ass man! Fuck I'm old.

Why should Finn leave Specialized? He has accepted that Bruni is number 1. He won't get more money anywhere, let alone a better bike.

Unpopular opinion - this bike looks good, is made in the US, and that's where the good ends. You're maintaining a zillion bolts for what is essentially a Kona, plus it costs $4k. Oh and it's steel, so somewhere along those zillion bolts it's gonna rust because you haven't looked them all through and paint doesn't cover the threads and such. Bit of a bougie/showboat bike at best.

In all seriousness this would put me at 44 lbs. I’m poor so I can’t afford an ebike, but most riders would rather have a nice ebike that’s well integrated that weighs the same, has dealer supported service and warranty and an app that tracks your jumps

I agree that's it's a 'motor-bike', by definition. But ya know, pedaling uphill at 2 mph on a bike vs. 4 mph on a mid-power e-bike, ain't such a big deal in absolute terms. You are still crawling up that hill, nothing like a 55 hp KX450F. As far as 'cheating', I ride by self 97% of the time when riding the e-bike, so not sure how I'm 'cheating' when there isn't even a race going on. I mean bikes are also 'cheating' hikers by your definition, but only if you are racing them. But I certainly get the resistance...
