This week on team rumors: IS AMAURY CHEATING ON MAX WITH THE BIG "S"? SHOULD PIVOT HR TALK TO BK? IS KATE COURTNEY'S NEW TRUCK RELIABLE? 2 months ago I bought a new 24' Instinct as my winter project which unfortunately came out of the factory with a long crack in the seat tube. 2 weeks ago I visited a local RM dealer here in PNW (Seattle area) and asked them to submit a warranty claim for me. Alleged, not charged and no conviction Roque Racing, small team and I assume a small budget. Maybe his “baggage” priced him into a smaller lesser known team. Antonio Brown of the NFL was convicted of assault charges on his wife and the NFL still let the guy play. Not alleged, convicted. Give TD a chance until he’s charged and convicted. Too much bashing of riders on the forum based on speculation and not facts. Leaning into slander in some cases imo

Just to put a fork in this one, I did hear from a reputable unnamed source that AB is doing just fine. So, lets chalk that up to the first "L" of the year for me! The problem is that the current "standard" of just a couple posts in the frame leaves much to be desired in terms of accuracy and convenience. Not to mention it's not an easily replaced part. If someone hamfists the threads on their brake posts then they could be in for an expensive repair. Just because we currently have something doesn't make it "good" and it's completely backwards compatible like UDH. I only see this new standard as a positive. There's also the benefit of (potentially) not needing to realign calipers all the effing time for every minor brake related job...

I mean we're all shooting darts with at least one eye closed here; no one knows what's going on and if they did it wouldn't be made public here. I sincerely hope all the brands, especially the ones with true cycling enthusiasts, make it in the long run.

Apples to apples, cnc lug and round tube frame construction is less expensive than both hand-laid carbon frames or welded, hydroformed, alloy frames.
