7/7/2025 11:39am A sales manager at Shimano just built up a Digit Ring and sent me some photos. It has an unusual Pro Tharsis handlebar which I've not seen any reporting on*. I gets fatter each side of the stem, and it's not round each side of the stem either. A fatter diameter normally indicates a stiffer structure which I'd normally be wary of, but I'm told the shaping makes this is as compliant as the OneUp handlebar. It does look pretty sick. Both the bar and stem have cable-tourism routing - but they don't seem to be noticeable on my cable-into-the-downtube...

7/4/2025 7:47pm Level of Future has released a website that goes into more info on their Flexstab bars: https://leveloffuture.com/ Not much info on availability for the public. I've reached out, these may save riding for me, so I'm pretty anxious to get more info on when they'll be available. They look really promising for people with wrist/hand/elbow problems.

7/4/2025 3:26pm So Sram are playing with a lighter pull setup... Even though "everyone" swears blind that the heavy pull is the bESt thINg EvAr. This U-turn is nearly as funny as the "we will never make a mineral oil brake". They would make an incredible political party with plays like this.

7/4/2025 8:45am Hey y'all something going on in these Maven levers in the pits at La Thuille. Heard from Alan Muldoon at MBR that the Canyon DH team had these same gold cams in their Mavens at Leogang. Any theories? More leverage? Less leverage? More ramp? Less ramp?

7/3/2025 10:07pm Looks like Richie is back on the new fork this weekend for La Thuille? But I think he's focusing on DH this season and not EDR, so I don't know if he'll be racing this bike this weekend.

7/2/2025 10:15pm Here’s a follow up with no cuts or edits. You can see the moment the alignment falls apart. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DLats-VBq-e/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== I agree most (all) of these guys have attitude and ego problems, but I think specifically what Diaz is calling out here is of value. Even if it doesn’t reflect Fox’s quality control at all (though I think people are right to be skeptical after the last few years), people will throw money at damper upgrades and burnished bushings when the root cause can be much more simple and less obvious.

6/26/2025 10:28am I'm honestly considering buying one to do my own little test on my uber tiny YouTube channel, just cause I'm a spaz, but for those questioning Charlie's integrity I am 1000% sure he'd call it out as being a let down if indeed it was. Is it a massive leap forward in suspension performance? I think we all know the answer to that. Same-ish damper. Same-ish air spring. Same seals (as a 36). Yes, bushings are better/overlap better/different chassis. But guys at the EWS level aren't bolting this to their bike and going oodles faster (but not slower, it appears...
