1/9/2026 11:11am You mention in the review that the new M8200 aren't as powerful as the TRP Evo Pros - how do they compare to the DHR-Evo 9non Pro)?

1/9/2026 8:33am When squeezing the lever to the bar - how hard are you pulling? I'd heard before that pulling too hard can burst the master cylinder seal? Not convinced but interested to hear thoughts..

1/9/2026 5:44am I did ask Burgtec about a clipless pedal some years ago and there response was that they were working on one, but I don't think it ever saw the light of day.

1/5/2026 2:46am I went from an enduro die hard fan when EWS started back in the day, to barely checking results or coverage around 2024. Some of it is personal, when EWS started out, I had met a lot of the French pros at local/regional/national races, it was easy to root for your local teenager: Nicolai, Cure, Dailly, Tordo and the legends Barel and Vouilloz. Little by little they started to retire or get hurt and not perform quite as well, these days I only recognise a handful of the names in the top 10. Hate to bring up a sour subject...

1/5/2026 2:45am They shouldn't have tried to make it in anyway live. Check out on YT the previous race coverage from 2018/2019 - you had Ric riding the stages before hand with Chris Ball (before he sold out) doing a preview, and then a what happened last time video and finally a results video - they were a much better format for...

1/4/2026 2:08pm Thanks - I’ll give that a try. Interestingly I have been looking at new hoses as they are the older TRP ones that are very soft - I do have 2 kinks in the same hose already so I suspect that is the culprit.

1/4/2026 2:07pm I may not have TRPs but I've seen this numerous times. This is an indication of a bad MC piston primary cup seal or an internally ruptured hose. Diagnostic is easy, esp if you have a Shimano bleed cup. Set the lever so the bleed port is in it's bleed position and attach a syringe without the plunger or the Shimano bleed cup (try to keep the syringe facing up if using one). Insert a thick pad spacer or remove the pads and install a bleed block. Add fluid to the cup/syringe. Pull the lever slowly, s l o w...

1/4/2026 10:32am For those with TRPs - I had an issue this morning where the rear went to the bar. Looking at the pushrod on that lever, when pulling on the lever the plate the pushrod goes through moved in slightly with it. Gave it a light spray with Silicon and that seemed to help then gave it a quick cup bleed...

12/22/2025 12:05am I went from one bike to two bikes and now back to one. I had an Evil Wreckoning which was surprisingly efficient, but wondered about something more fun - picked up a Follwong which I built into more trail than XC.. was a lot of fun but also realised the Wrecker isn’t the best downhill. Picked up a cheap Specialized...

12/21/2025 11:50pm Not correlated! I know that Alan, who's in charge of Enduro, is very committed. He is doing a lot of work behind the scenes to make changes that will help Enduro, I am excited for what he has in store. Excited enough to come out of retirement for a race or two in the future. Masters class is only a few years away for me.

12/18/2025 3:31pm Got a pair of the new TLD stage pro knee pads -- they're rated level 2 but dayum they're so light, thin & nice to pedal in that I'm reeeeeally hoping they'll hold up when it's dirt tasting time.....!
