I don't remember which account it was exactly (chainslap news?), but a while back a meme page was making jerseys using the 100% logo that said 72% instead, and got slapped with a cease and desist from 100%. I get why they'd do it, but this thing with Kade and the helmet seems pretty on brand for 100% considering.

Speaking of Pinkbike, the Troy Brosnan podcast contained info that Kade ran out of helmets (by breaking them), indeed ran Jackson's helmet with Fox logos covered and 100 % intervened, preventing him from racing.

Seems odd to be all for riders union then less than a year later be all in on 30 riders and trying to remove all but big team riders from WC. I raced Les Gets as my first World Cup this year. I did not qualify, I was 7 secs off qualifying, but still in 108th place. I'd say still behind me were some people with reasonable place, while towards the absolute back of the qualy results were those who were siginficantly slower (there were not that many of those). I think there has to be a middle ground between excluding privateers, and where things are right now. if you look at les gets qualies, 160 riders finished qualies (not including dnf or dns riders). The difference in first to 60th was was 11 seconds. The difference from 60th to 150th was 50 seconds (i excluded dudes who were like 2 min back that I’m assuming had crashes). As a fluent French speaker who lived in France for 14 years, I can offer a bit of context. The “gypsy” term is basically used interchangeably with “camper”, not intended as a slur but more of a funny way of describing anybody living out of a van for a while…it obviously gets lost in translation here.
