With the way bikes grow... New tallboy (rumoured) is pretty much the OG hightower from 9 years ago. https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/Bikes,3/Santa-Cruz/Hightower-CC-… 140/135mm, 28lbs, 67hta, Pike/34 So the new hightower is the big mountain 29er now. Little need for the mega when most of the market wants either a motor (bullit) or a chairlift (v10) for the riding that it justifies.

Matt Beer rides a nomad 6. That has been their go-to for shock testing since they completed their "shock week" series of testing 3ish years ago. There are rumors of a new long travel SC bike and there have been spy shots of some aluminum vpp mules. Fwiw, I have a nomad 6 and I've done a lot of shock testing on it myself (5 different shocks) and it is a great platform for shock testing for a variety of reasons.

Nevertheless the competition between Rosa Z., Lina and Aletha will be for sure thrilling and maybe some other female juniors found their pace in the offseason.

Hi, long time WC media guy here (14 years long).. I'm also very curious to hear some names and facts about this from you But in the meantime let me share some of my own. Each team is allowed to register photographers and videographers (each team then receives a set number of photo and video bibs for the season). if someone doesnt work for a team they can register as independent media once they have letters of assignment from a verified media outlet. there are little to no restrictions as to what can be shot/posted.
