6/19/2026 6:45pm I got my first ride on these today. I'll get more in the coming week I'm sure. I paired them with a grip change to Wolf Tooth's lockon grips. For a little background, I have pretty significant neuropathy problems in both of my arms due to long running Cubital Tunnel syndrome. I've had surgery but the pain still exists when I ride and sometimes it still lingers after. My problems are somewhat the opposite of Joe's, his seem to stem from being highly athletic and having forearm pump, mine stem from sitting behind a computer since I was 8 years...

6/18/2026 1:57pm I’ve got the Ergon GDH Fat grips and didn’t have to move them in or anything. They actually kind of widen the bars.

6/17/2026 6:15am That I've lived long enough for bar ends to come back into fashion! What a time to be alive!!! At least they have improved how they look I guess?

6/16/2026 5:14pm I got a pair on this weekend and have a few hours on them so far. I like them. They’re made of rubber, not plastic or metal, so they don’t hurt your pinkies (like the Counterpunch bar ends). If you’re just riding along on flat ground you don’t have to push into them, so they’re not intrusive. On steep and...

6/14/2026 12:02pm Hottake, The new Q1 and Q2 formats are great and I much prefer it over rider protected status as its probably the most fair way to narrow the field down. Does it mean some really popular riders lose out? Yep. Does it also mean that seasonal consistency is more rewarded in WC overall standing points? Also yes. Seems odd to have both protected riders AND riders trying to qualify all in one group. It's either we lock the field to the same 30 riders for each race or everyone needs to qualify for finals. No offense to riders like Danny...

6/14/2026 12:02pm Nah it’s dumb as hell. if they want to have qualifying be such a determining factor in the series they need to pony up and film it. It won’t happen cause all they have ever done is cut budget from production since the beginning. They also need to fix format like points for q2. And they should strongly consider protection for top riders even if they did film it. Dh is best as a one run winner takes all event anyways. Qualifying should only be to remove the folk who aren’t fast enough to get a good result on race...

6/5/2026 8:57am I’m sorry, if we can’t get mountain bikers to use “loam” correctly, I don’t think you’ve got a chance of educating the masses on “flickable”.
