Yes. We had a standard that did not require threads to be cut into either frames *or* the calipers themselves. Roach a thread and you don't need to repair a frame, replace a caliper, or bleed your brake line -- just replace a cheap aluminum adapter. And don't get me started on how many slightly different lengths of flat-mount brake bolts are out there because every different chainstay depth requires a different bolt. Flat-mount brakes: brought to you by the same minds that think thru-headset cable/hose routing is a perfectly fine idea.

Thank you for not doing this as a slideshow... So much easier to simply scroll as opposed to look, click, and wait.. It should be interesting to see what else Odyssey brings to the table.. The Thunderbolt cranks on that Fairdale is something my DJ needs..

I posted a screenshot of a Strava map of the location of the new Whiteface DH course last fall. I recreated it in Caltopo, so here's some more info. Caltopo says it's 1.96 km and the WBD announcement says "almost 2 km", so the map checks out with that. https://caltopo.com/m/U5NVJVU

Hi! This is my first post on this thread, but I have been reading for 2 years now. I talked with Sam pilgrim and a few other canyon guys at Tennessee Nationals, and also got to swing a leg over the Production New canyon sender. haha you are right and I am sorry, I didn't mean to derail the thread so much. All I really wanted to do was defend Enduro as I agree with a lot that has been said above, it's mainly a perception issue, so I am trying to shift perception and bring some positivity into the discipline.
