5/1/2025 8:56am Amazing news, the symbiotic relationship between Asa and Frameworks/Neko is awesome to see. Racing fans & tech nerds should be stoked for the development content to come. Also, I love that the best "jr" rider in the world is signing with such a small home-grown team for his first few years in elites. Dude could've ridden for any team in the world and decided he wanted chill vibes lol. I love it. There's more rebelliousness and old-school mtb thinking in that than first meets the eye.

5/1/2025 6:23am I decided to jump back in the lions den and test Schwalbe's Tacky Chan again - https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/tires/schwalbe/tacky-chan-65346#… I've read mixed opinions on the tire in this thread, and I experienced mixed performance from the tire the past few months on a decent mix of terrain. It's a sweet tire sometimes, and sucks other times. Biggest takeaway was how much braking bite and control it offers despite its heavy ramping. It's become another go-to rear tire for me next to a DHR II or a Kyrptotal RE, or Vee Attack FSX.

5/1/2025 6:19am DESCRIBE THE THING!!! My brother in christ you are posting spy shots of some byb telemetry device that nobody knows about. Stop being cryptic, nobody here likes that. Tell us what you know about it if you're allowed.

4/30/2025 3:00pm Nothing really new here, but EXt working on some "normal" looking mud gards! Hope that fox offers a similar one in the future. Gives the USD fork kind of a more "normal" look. (I say normal just because im not used to USD forks in mtbs, but they do look good)

4/30/2025 2:58pm I know there's already a bunch of info on it, but looks like Ritchie Rude was racing on the new Fox USD fork at the Squamish Enduro on the weekend.

4/29/2025 11:51am Hi all. I've been a very long-time lurker of this site and have used VitalMTB extensively when researching bike geometries and parts lists. I made my account here today just so I could join some discussions since the other site's forum is trash. Anyways, I'm a tire nerd myself. I started making this spreadsheet last year when I was searching for new tire combos for my Spartan HP and my Felt Decree 1. I just started cataloguing weights, widths, and casings. Where I live, there's no need for some super-duper-hardcore-heavy-sticky tires. This list will never end, and occasionally I add...

4/27/2025 4:25pm Fort William race report: Successful premiere! The iXS European Downhill Cup made its first stop on the legendary World Cup course in Fort William. Wind, rain and one of the toughest tracks in the world demanded everything from the field of riders. In the end, Great Britain's Harriet Harnden and Charlie Hatton triumphed in a weekend that is guaranteed to be one to remember. Friday - The first impression Blue skies, sun, clouds - and plenty of wind: that's how Fort William welcomed the riders on training Friday. 4/27/2025 4:22pm Really good to see the regional races getting more coverage and better attendance from the top riders, despite my negative feelings towards what WBD are doing to the world cups, the other events stepping up is a silver lining for sure.

4/27/2025 4:18pm Really don’t get the dumb dislikes on the previous post, the black ones ( I got 3 all in full black with the last 3 warranties ) are the latest stock apparently, and after some torch inspection no, there’s no extra seal around the pins, so they will keep failing with moisture staying trapped causing the spring to corrode or something.

4/27/2025 4:17pm can we please stay rumors in here?! i get that these discussions are fun, but also annoying to most who just want to read about new tech/rumors and don‘t want to scroll through pages of off-topic discussions regarding chainstay length/right amount of travel/dropper post insertion/ etc. thx guys!
