2/8/2025 4:21am What a way to kick off the season! So rad to see so many pinned runs, with hardly any run crashes as well. Here are the results and a couple of observations: -22 racers lined up for finals (down from 34 on the full start list, proof that this event is no push-over). -How cool was it to see Sam Hill and Josh Bryceland just cruising such an intimidating course like it wasn't a big deal? Let's not say they came off the couch to race here, but almost. -Gracey Hemstreet looked like a sure thing the whole way, smooth...

2/6/2025 6:59pm Jackson, Ronan and Bernard. Feels like the rest of the top 10 could be a interesting fight, assuming the wind is consistent. Really hoping Matt does the backflip in his race run! I’m more interested in Gee, Sam and Ratboy. Would be sick if one of them got in the top 5!!!

2/6/2025 6:50pm gracey and erice's norcos for hardline. pretty dialed. NORCO DROPS CUSTOM RED BULL HARDLINE KITS AND BIKES February 5, 2025 - PORT COQUITLAM, BC. TWO SPEED DEMONS, TWO CUSTOM LOOKS, ALL THE STYLE. Gracey Hemstreet and Erice van Leuven are rolling into Red Bull Hardline 2025 with fully custom kits and bikes, built to match their individual styles while staying true to the Norco Race Division vibe. Freeride is all about self-expression, and these designs pull out all the stops to let them ride in style. Erice’s kit is a tribute to her great grandfather, Bob McKay—New Zealand’s first-ever jet...

2/6/2025 6:47pm My natural riding stance is right foot forward. Intentionally switch and ride left foot forward to balance the stress on my legs and back.

2/6/2025 4:38pm Left leg dominant here, too much basketball as a tall kid shooting right handed layup's in the driveway. Goofy foot skating but for some reason it’s right foot back on a bike.

2/6/2025 3:14pm I think that's fair. After doing this test, I'm going to keep thrashing my 2018 Commencal Absolut. I will say that the best part about these bikes is you can go in on a DJ, and 5 years later it'll be just as fun and will have required minimal maintenance. I can't say the same about any mountain bike I've ever owned.

2/6/2025 3:13pm A GT LaBomba seems like a very good deal right now, the prices are fantastic for a full bike with a revised (reinforced after recall) frame

2/6/2025 7:02am If the Pivot is the only bike that breaks this week from that drop (which it likely will be at this point), then it's not a good look for Pivot. While hardline is an extreme use case, if all the other brand's bikes hold up, it shows that the Pivot is not as strong. For instance, there are guys like Bulldog, who probably outweighs BK by 30%+, coming off the same drop on his 'cheap' ARI frame and it's holding up. The Pivot frame is VERY light. I believe the lightest weight production frame (by far). I'm assuming Pivot engineers...
