Usual fox x2 failure. I swear fox must spend more on marketing than development these days.

I'm surprised the x2 lasted the 2 weeks of the test. Reinforces my choice of ohlins coil though.

I doubt it’s going to be that big of a change. My 21 is plush on top like he said and ramps up hard at the end of the travel. Problem is to deal with big hits you have to keep the air pressure up. Adding more damping and messing with the air spring again doesn’t seem like a game changer. I’m waiting for the buttercups breaking pics to start showing up personally.

I just completed the first ride on it. That was 20+ miles with about 1200’ of climbing and much more descending. I decided to use Automatic instead of Manual. Even with Automatic there is still some setup required but that’s easy to work through. On the trail, I could hear the system switching modes frequently and making adjustments. The noise didn’t bother me but the mode light was a bit distracting as I found myself looking at it with each mode change. There is the option to run it as Blackout and I’ll likely try that next so there’s minimal...

When Cannondale was experimenting with their last DH bike I shared a ride on a lift with one of their engineers. I made a comment about how if it came to market I would buy one (they are only ~1hr from me) but that I didn’t see it being worthwhile for them to go through all that effort to then...

I have wondered this for a while as well. If I'm allowed to say it, being the one who is doing it, I think it's insane how fast we ride gnarly terrain after only one look at it. It makes for loose riding and wild moments, and this is why I have thought Vital Raws in the past were sweet. Unfortunately those moments are hard to catch on camera as there is so much track that we race. More cameras would be ideal, I feel like last year we had a lot more camera's out on track getting footage for...

Buddy of mine works for a brand. Only thing stopping them from leaving Enduro is uncertainty around the DH coverage next year. Otherwise bang for the buck, EWS is a very poor investment.

No. Traded my v8 f150 for a 4cyl Accord a couple years ago. Seats fold down and a XL 29er Doctahawk fits in the back with only one wheel off. Headed out for a trip in a few weeks and I should get close to 40mpg.
