I really liked the Strive platform, the suspension really impressed me and I think the shapeshifter is cool for big days on the bike. BUT, having raced in Tasmania before I felt like the Spectral would be better suited for those rounds with it being more nimble, for me. With the long break after the first block I think I'll have plenty of time to get used to the Strive for the Euro rounds.

usually the new demo comes first, but maybe it‘s the other way around this time. honestly the only thing they have to improve in the enduro is the reliability, geo is still up to date, maybe they will ad some more geo adjustments.

spot on, they are simply stronger, fitter and have more skill to ride that smaller, less stable bike. My current bike has a 462 CS and 1340 Wheelbase, it's like God mode cheat code for mountain biking for my skill level and old age, I just have to do 3 point turns sometimes lol

Can't really argue with that. Each gen of the enduro has been rad (excl '99) vs. market competition since it came out ages and ages ago. For me the GOAT mtb is always the one you currently own if it has brakes and suspension that work properly on a regular basis.

Hey, thought I’d clear up the fair question you asked here! I’m not into racing enduro anymore or heavily focusing on being competitive and haven’t been for a couple years now. I’ve been racing since I was 11 years old and I got tired of it. I’m enjoying competing now and then In different events but focusing on travelling to cool locations and filming & riding with new people and friends and sharing my experiences and working alongside my sponsors. Change has been good and I’ve found my feet doing this. Cheers Lew
