If only someone made a linkage that allowed a longer shock to to be run on the Levo and it yielded 170 mm of travel. That would be wild.

Especially if they did it a year ago, and used a full 65mm stroke 🤣

Hey all, I can finally take off my very sneaky blue tape camouflage to reveal that yes, I’m reviewing the new Nomad. Because I’ve spent so many years on the old Megatower, I’m framing this as a Megatower vs. Nomad comparison. Especially interesting for me because of the rumors that the Megatower is going away and the new Nomad does not take 29” rear wheels. I only have a couple rides in on the new bike, but so far the geometry feels really good and the bike feels solid and stout. Weirdly I haven’t been able to figure out the...

Unfortunately, a 140 mm head tube makes running a dual crown difficult. Oh wait…

yep, I rewatched it and realized you can see a Bosch wheel magnet twice. So I guess the question now is, did they use the CX or SX motor? My guess is CX since most people want full power.

in scandal mag, jim bland, luca's mechanic, thinks 32" front wheels are coming (in what i would assume is DH since he's a DH mechanic). seems like it wouldn't be hard for any of the inverted brands to make a 32" fork for this upcoming season (assuming tires are available, which i bet they are). he also says cone valves in forks, so maybe some other hint development? #nonEbikeRumors

Ya know, I'm changing my tune about 32" wheels. I don't really have all that much interest in owning a 32" bike, and I fully expect most, if not all of the first 32" bikes to not be in my wheelhouse... But right now, I'd kill for anything that isn't related to an ebike to read about. Never before have I yearned to digest some bike stuff that just involved the measly 250w that I struggle to put out. So... bring on the 32" content please, I am primed and ready for it.

I saw the original post and read the comments, user stated it was a split belt. If you guys post insta screenshots make sure to include the username or hyperlink so people can take a look for themselves.

I'm super picky about grips and have a bin full of the ones I didn't like, what I landed on is Peaty's mushroom/thick. They are a bit thinner than meaty paws, about the same size as PNW XL but have what feels like more (and softer) rubber than both. The underside/finger ribs part seems to help out with grip more than a meaty paw/longneck but isn't nearly as annoying/sensory as the ODI waffle thing on the reflex

Of all the hills people want to die on in this industry, I think brake fluid is probably the stupidest one......

Why is anyone still asking this question/giving wrong answers? Clearly stated by AgrAde here. Smart Shift Pinion requires a charging port running up to the front of the bike. It's not rocket science.

Am I the only one thinking why SRAM bothered with this release at all? It's only for old frames that don't have a UDH, if you do have a UDH you can use a T-Type mechanical. Why bother release a new AXS non T-Type derailleur? Seems like a huge waste of time no? Just continue making the old one until you retire the platform completely.
