Posted this in the rumors thread also: This neko move is epic, it is real powerfull to be the first follower, props to Isak to pioneer.. It would be cool if this could spark more moves like this! It would be great to see more connection with frame builders and what people can do, not only big business

I’m using some M15x1 crank bolts in this one. They work fine but I will most likely get some use specific ones going forward. That’s one area that is due to change so for now I’m using the closest I can get off the shelf.

Thanks! Travel is 140 rear and I’ve designed this one for a 150mm 29er fork. Geometry on this (because it’s mine) is slack and short….62° HA, 430mm reach, 430mm chainstay. They’ll be custom front triangle geometry once I have everything dialled.

I thought Sik Mik may retire this year. Such a lovely guy with time for anyone and a true competitor, dedicated till the end. I remember him charging hard on a welded up Santa Cruz at Sierra Nevada as a junior, like a beast! So many good memories. Shame he won't be at the races, but good luck and I hope the good times are there for him he deserves it. Especially the time with the loved ones! Maybe an unpopular opinion/thought, but I’m surprised Intense is still around. I’m sure the same could be said for Knolly, but I know they have a strong following in Canada and have been getting solid coverage on their bikes. I know Intense has Gwin and Mulally, but you don’t hear or see much of their bikes.

Because kids that ride those bikes have no comprehension of nice things, and that’s really cool. I guarantee any kid that gets one would be just as stoked on a kicker bike that costs $100. On top of that most kids just thrash their bikes. It’s for midlife crisis/status symbol dads to buy there toddlers so they can feel good about ignoring them.

I'm still running a pair of impact hightops from 6 odd years ago. Have glued the soles back on a few times, but the uppers are just about buggered now.
