I haven't ridden there yet, but I have a friend who lives there and rides the western trails on the road to Blue Diamond and Pahrump. I'm going to make him show me Brohemian Rhapsody, just because it's funny. The trail looks cool, though:

I’m gonna be in town 2nd week of April and will have a chance to ride if there’s anything close that’s worth checking out. Are any of the trails in/around Vegas good enough to bring my bike from San Diego considering I’ll only have one half-day to ride? Also wondering about e-bike vs analog. Could be too hot (for me anyway) to ride the analog. Are there spots that are fun AND that allow e-bikes? Prefer enduro-style riding, but don’t mind climbing. Not really into true xc riding. Thanks for the info!

I can speak to clothing as I run a tiny MTB apparel brand, Abit Gear. The short story is that for USA brands, tariffs are making it a royal PITA and covid saw a glut of inventory that isn't yet cleared. Sure, margins are good on paper, but you have a SKU problem with apparel do to size and color variants, you have to carry a lot of aged inventory, and fight discounting from competitors more than with hard goods. Appreciate the kind words 🙏 that genuinely means a lot. We try. We keep trying. And yeah, when I say we, I really do mean me. Still just one bloke doing everything: product, riders, logistics, emails at stupid o’clock, the lot. No staff, no big safety net. Just belief and stubbornness. Huge favor, but can you all screenshot and hard post instagram stuff instead of linking. Especially if it’s an instagram story? Some of us don’t have any Instagram and can’t view the links. Plus if it’s a story, it’ll be gone in 24hrs even if you can view it. Cheers mates!
