All that pivot shadow at on sale shows is how ridiculous pivots prices are. That bike is priced at 4 grand. That’s a 40% discount. And it has base suspension, base brakes, eagle 90/70 parts. I don’t care how good the “frame quality” is. The MSRP is borderline criminal imo.

That one may be a homemade version, but a company called Radar Laboratories has been selling these under the name "Loob Toob" for some years. And yes, it's a combination syringe/brush intended to make grease application faster & cleaner than a traditional tub & brush.

For real, our local ones started with a beer chug, start when you're finished chugging. After we would ride around like a wheely kids, continue drinking, and end up at the hospital Cafeteria at 4am because it was the only place open in the small town. Back to rumors, Martin Mae's has some kinda deal with Subaru that I don't remember seeing before and it appears he's the only Orbea rider with it? Had the Subaru logo on the redbull Helmut and jersey.

I’m gonna be in town 2nd week of April and will have a chance to ride if there’s anything close that’s worth checking out. Are any of the trails in/around Vegas good enough to bring my bike from San Diego considering I’ll only have one half-day to ride? Also wondering about e-bike vs analog. Could be too hot (for me anyway) to ride the analog. Are there spots that are fun AND that allow e-bikes? Prefer enduro-style riding, but don’t mind climbing. Not really into true xc riding. Thanks for the info!

I can speak to clothing as I run a tiny MTB apparel brand, Abit Gear. The short story is that for USA brands, tariffs are making it a royal PITA and covid saw a glut of inventory that isn't yet cleared. Sure, margins are good on paper, but you have a SKU problem with apparel do to size and color variants, you have to carry a lot of aged inventory, and fight discounting from competitors more than with hard goods. Appreciate the kind words 🙏 that genuinely means a lot. We try. We keep trying. And yeah, when I say we, I really do mean me. Huge favor, but can you all screenshot and hard post instagram stuff instead of linking. Especially if it’s an instagram story? Some of us don’t have any Instagram and can’t view the links. Plus if it’s a story, it’ll be gone in 24hrs even if you can view it. Cheers mates!
