Becoming a "team performance coach" for Yeti?! I'm sorry, but that's a bad move for Yeti given the past he and Richie have with doping allegations/suspensions.

You mean a blatant copy of the Vintage Toyota Racing Logo....I can't say I hate it but it is not original by any stretch of the imagination.

I think he was on Fox courtesy of his sponsorship with GT. He also may have carried them over as he raced World Cups and such as recent as 2019. (He still races Red Bull Hardline though). Fox has been moving its sponsored freeriders to Marzocchi over the last few years. You can look at the McCaul brothers, Zink, etc...

I know there was talk a few pages ago about what apparel Lew Buchanan would ride, but I just saw on the slightly Red site that it was announced that Dharco would be the sponsor. He's also running a TLD helmet in the thumbnail.

Was just gonna bring this up. FRO tires that weigh approximately the same as a small truck are back, BAYBEE! (maybe) edit: a set of 29er FROs on MAG30s would probably weigh north of 15lbs... I'm pretty sure the 26" set i weighed a few years back was over 12lbs.

Aaron Gwin like good $$ more than good tires. All of the components his team run go to the highest bidder.

I don't understand why Aaron Gwin hates good tires

How is Enve a "big" performance boost over WAO? More like the other way around but these product endorsements by sponsored riders are cringe worthy.

A lot like the work world for us normies. Sometimes you are content in a role but building up the courage to move somewhere else could open you up to things you never thought possible. I don't read anything into it. I DO read a lot into Neko's plans though, I think he was butting heads with Jeff Steber on bike design.

Lots of the pros talk about just wanting a change of "partner" and such to shake things up if they're feeling like they are in a rut. I don't think it really has much to do with clashing personalities or anything like that... I just think that, if you're a racer, you're looking for mental advantages where you can find them, and a change of environment can sometimes provide that. Of course, it can also backfire and end up hurting performance, but you've got to do what you feel is best at the time.
