Pretty sure this is 1998 or 1999. I was 14 or 15, and the relics aboard that dual slalom bike were awesome. Nokian front tire- Actually worse than a Kenda Hope rear disk with that thumb knob adjuster to adjust for heat, front v-brake that was super easy to set up because the braking surface on the Mammoth rim is like a mile tall. Speaking of that, I think that rim is the opposite of what some good wheels are doing now. More stiffness, deflection and weight in the front, flexy, crappy wheel in the rear.
