Air shocks don’t need HBO because they naturally have more progression than coil shocks, and you can add tokens.

https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/tuning-manuals/roc… The linear tune is one of many available on current shocks too. As for Kryptotal getting torn, a few years ago (almost 10 actually) a friend of mine ripped the carcass of a Conti tyre in a berm and got a wobble. On a basically new tyre. Though he does destroy everything he touches, but nevertheless, he did Megavalanche on EXO/DD Maxxis tyres Smile It is a single case, it is 'anecdotal' and a while ago, but it has happened.

Does anybody have any Intel on the new GT SENSOR? I've been told they will release it in spring. So there should be, or have been some test bikes out in the wild. But there is nothing to find on the instawebs...

Got my hands on a set of Kryptotals, was really loving them until the bead broke in the front. Randomly picked up a wobble and then the tire blew itself off of the rim. Anyone else have this experience? If anyone has any questions about them in general I would be glad to help out too

Looks like Universal Cycles already has the new Rockshox shocks up on their website with some details, no photos though, even though we've all seen them in the wild. When was release date supposed to be?

I'm a bit surprised that it comes with a 36 and not a 38 for such a heavy bike. I though e-bikes were what the 38 was designed for.

Listened to the TEAMROBOT podcast today (yeah, backlog...) and hearing the panic braking approach to weighing the front end on a long reach, short rear end bike I immediately thought 'Porsche 911' - you have to turn them in on the brakes too due to the weight being over the rear. Are long front, short rear bikes the 911s of MTB then? Tongue

Loam (/lōm/): still refers to a soil with roughly equal proportions of sand, silt, and clay.

They're currently working on a claws to define exactly what's allowed. In the meantime they'll probably let you use them at a pinch.

Isn't the rider level thing upside down? I mean, pros ride shorter bikes, beginners tend to like the safety a long bike brings them and they are not too fussed about corners (or anything benefiting of an agile bike like jumps) because they can't ride them anyways lol
