9/18/2025 6:30am Funny enough, mine also lasted the exact same number of rides. I now use the dual compound version which has slightly less grip in the corners but lasts significantly longer.

9/15/2025 8:13am I gave it a shot yesterday and bled with the SRAM Pro kit, worked great. Actually better than the Hayes kit which needs to be pliers tight otherwise it leaks. The little O-ring is helpful.

9/3/2025 11:20am I am going to make a wild projection and guess that unlike the future owners of the Sworks, you can actually ride bikes.

9/2/2025 11:39am Lol, people buying a $20,000 S-works (the most expensive mainstream bicycle on the market) are not worried about 'shady' markup behavior. A $150k Mercedees isn't anywhere near 6x the cost to manufacture than a Ford Focus. A ton more margin in higher-end products. And people who are buying those products know it.

9/1/2025 10:48am One of the reasons I think Jeff's right about the barbell theory of pricing is that there's so much stinking money out there at the top end of the tax brackets right now. There's a shocking amount of people who live in Makebelieveland and are just looking, itching, for new ways to burn money. There are so many people for whom a $10000 Vado Sl 30 pound e-bike is a rounding error. And for people like this, having the newest, the most expensive, or the most exclusive can serve as the entire USP for a product purchase. Bike companies will...
