I thought you were right so I built one! dropperchecker.com Doesn't solve the missing frame insertion info. But still makes it a bit easier to make a call.

I hear you, but being 6 foot I’ve had to sell every dropper post on all my size large bikes because they’re far too short. I argue, and this isn't to say I don’t understand where you’re coming from, there is a larger subset of the large bike population that could use a longer dropper. There have been some strong opinion pieces on the other site to sell stock bikes with non crap brakes, tires, and longer droppers. Although this wouldn’t be necessary or appropriate for all for everyone, I still support the idea that bikes should be stocked with...

I can totally envision OneUp's April 1st advert for their new wireless dropper. 'Tired of losing all of that stack height with the other guys' wireless droppers? We at OneUp have the ideal solution... commercial pans to a rider inserting a battery in his anus and looking very uncomfortable, then giving a thumbs up. Then they show a wire going down to the dropper from his riding pants. We have packaged the battery in a simple and environmentally green manner that improves stack height, and also prevents theft! And for the ladies you can now bring a spare battery, 2...

Haha OK. Yes 29er design peaked with the 2014 Enduro. I encourage you to double down on your statement, seek one out and replace all your other bikes with it.

32" is clearly too large. 29", on the other hand, might not be large enough. So obviously the future is going to be 30.5" wheels.

Bike brands: You don't need to tool and produce 27.5" lowers anymore, the market wants mullet and full 29" bikes. Fork makers: Phew, what a relief. Between wheelsize, offset, and axle sizes, it's a lot of parts to manage. Bike brands: What have you got in the works for 32"? Fork makers: Excuse me?

Not sure on the proper terminology but… my ‘21 Enduro didn’t feel as good on the brakes on harsh terrain as my old ‘17 Giant Reign SX did. The Reign was more actively following the ground leading to more traction and higher corner entry speed.

This is off topic but I went to high school with Nick and his wife! It's been so cool watching what they are doing now. They have come so far from mobbing nearly stock Rangers in Ocotillo! 😅
