re: bearings In my 30 years of riding mountain bikes, I've owned 40+ full suspension bikes, and not once did I ever consider bearing replacement ease/difficulty when considering a frame. I know we're a bunch of nerds on here, but do some of you actually consider that when looking at a bike?

Three times. There was Gwin. Couple years later they cut Dak and Davey Boy at the end of the season, closed their race team, only to immediately start the mob. And now this.

I think keyboard warriors wanted to see YT burn after this to burn Markus. Twice have they burned riders at the top of the game. They burned customers. Why would we want to be oh yeah they are back? All the good karma that they had built up over the years?

There have been a few almost losses the last two years who at least tried or were open about what was happening, and come back swinging like Rocky, Kona, Nukeproof. They have all come back in someway and people celebrated them coming back because of the way they handled it. Revel as well, although they were a bit tougher with customer support. Then there are YT and Pole. If two brands stayed dead because of the way they handled their customers and riders very publicly, I don't think a lot of people who cry about it.

People lose jobs, investors taking a bath, people ordering bikes that never arrive, riders without a team etc the audacity to call people keyboard warriors is wild lmao. YT literally FUCKED OVER countless people but sure, call us keyboard warriors.

Does anything we have seen up to this point from Marcus or about Marcus make it seem to you he would be happy to revive YT from the background?

Some time ago, I was thinking about a YT bike (besides 3 other bike brands), not my cup of tea, but was on the list. Now for me the brand simply doesn´t exist.

We promise to bring back yt back to its roots. We fucked over customers and employees and undercut genuine operators since day one. Not really a weird choice to bring either along. If they're the easiest/cheapest to pay for travel, then why not? The end of the race season doesn't mean the end of contractual obligations. Gotta rep who pays you till the end date on the contract like a professional. It's definitely a bit weird to see riders who've moved onto new teams in media for their old team, but if the media is made under contract, why not get the most out of the employee/asset

I gave up on rotor truing tools entirely... I found that I end up warping them worse then when I started. Knipex pliers are the move for me when truing rotors. Fortunately, that means one less tool to take with me on fly away trips.
