Firstly I'll say again I've got no real opinion, nor am I too bothered either way, just putting forward something as a possibility. The 20k bike is brilliant- if they sell at full pop you make a huge margin. If they don’t sell and you mark them 50% off you still make decent margins. Also- we’re all talking about it.

Vali’s post race interview was very negative. Even caught Gwin and the host lady by surprise. She said the summer break could not have gone worse and mentioned the team situation. Their truck was not in Les Gets. Clearly a lot more going on than we see, and none of it good.

The other thing that occurs to me (and I have no doubt I'll be downvoted for this, but here goes nothing) is that people are all for equality and empowerment in the post covid world, so why is it seemingly beyond comprehension that it may have been Jenna that let BK know she was interested in him, as opposed to him 'grooming' her? I've got no meat in the game and don't care one way or another, but isn't it at least possibility? It may explain why her parents don't appear (on the face of it) to have a problem...

Pricing might be shocking in today's dollars but on an inflation adjusted basis its absolutely insane how much performance we get at the ~$3,000-4,500 price point, especially if you buy a "COVID bike". I'm as nerdy as they come, and my GX Spire is an amazingly capable bike, one I can throw all the money in the world at and be no faster on. My story is not unique, $4,000 is the same today as $2,400 was 20 years ago. While that amount is nothing to scoff at, we are getting so much more net performance for our inflation adjusted...

I'm wondering what's gone wrong for Danny Hart this year. This is the 4th time in 7 races he's failed to qualify for the finals. For a Danny Hart fan like me, this is making me sad.

Junior's might have pushed a little more expecting this to be their finals if they are canceled tomorrow???

Not to mention Jack Moir, whose popularity seems to be almost single-handedly keeping EDR alive and who can still win races. I think silly season might have just got a lot sillier.

I think it’s almost safe to say that the YT mob in its current form is not going to exist next year. Ric hinting at a turbulent team situation multiple times in today’s broadcast. Vali, Andi and Oisin all very popular riders - male riders maybe not constant podium contenders but very popular with social media and fans, which might be just as valuable. Exciting to see where they end up.
