All that pivot shadow at on sale shows is how ridiculous pivots prices are. That bike is priced at 4 grand. That’s a 40% discount. And it has base suspension, base brakes, eagle 90/70 parts. I don’t care how good the “frame quality” is. The MSRP is borderline criminal imo.

Will second that, but it's going to be called the Team DH, not the Arum.

But something has got to be done about the points system. Walking away from a World Cup having qualified and raced a finals in the top 30 over 100 plus racers deserves credit. Someone will lose an overall or a paycheck or a ride because of that. Teams will dump racers who put up results, got on TV, had their sponsors on screen the world over...and yet on a score sheet, it's as if they never existed.

I am going to be completely transparent here in that I work for FSA, but I will say I worked really hard on making the 31.8 40mm Gradient alloy bar one of the most compliant on the market. and here is the proof: (chart from PB article)

I typically use the climb switch once per ride. I like to turn it on halfway up the climb when I remember I have it and might as well use it. I tend to turn it off halfway down the descent when I’m puzzling over why my suspension isn’t working. I suspect I am not in the minority.

My guess is they’ll phase out the aluminum Reserve products to position Reserve as the premium product with a premium warranty. It would be a sneaky way to quietly stop offering a lifetime warranty/replacement on aluminum wheels too.

Do any industry insiders have any insight on why us consumers only get fully automatic electronic suspension? I just want a button on my handlebars to switch between pre-defined modes. I feel like this was the obvious first step in electronic suspension and is just much simpler over all from an R&D cost perspective too. It would be easier to market in the modern world of flow and jump lines in trail systems/bike parks that also include natural trails. Open for tech, firm for jumps. Not to mention the general sour sentiment on AI. Even though the suspension is using...
