6/5/2024 2:05pm Competitive Cyclist shared this electronic Transfer via email today (oops). I found this private page on Cambria's website via google. Maybe one of you nerds can figure out how to get better photos. idk.

6/5/2024 2:05pm Watch his YouTube videos of comparing the stumpy evo vs enduro. He mentioned he preferred the efficiency and agility of the stumpy. And timed runs were very close. These pro ews guys can be fast on any trail/enduro bike( Verner winning on a 130mm Druid last year). Just comes down to personal preference for them.

6/5/2024 2:05pm Listening to the podcast with Page and Foes and Brent mentioned maybe needing to make a suspension piece himself. With Sam being a big SRAM guy you know it won't be a fork or shock. That reminded me of the FFR proto that was I think the last DH bike Goes made. https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/The-Hub,2/Foes-FFR-Dual-Damper-Seen-at-… It had a second shock to control down travel.

6/5/2024 2:04pm I saw in a few places that Spesh riders that are also sponsored by SRAM were “pushed” to race the Stumpy EVO when transmission was released because the Enduro didn’t have UDH and the EVO did.

6/4/2024 9:52am That bike was super cool, I love when it pops up every so often. But 26/24 mullets were terrible I still remember my 2002 Bighit DH getting caught up on everything and I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong until I got my A-line the two years later. Those 24" wheels were bomb hole magnets.

6/3/2024 1:42pm Well, Brosnan IS impressive. And so is Loic. And Finn. Everyone’s jumping to conclusions about electronic suspension after a single race. The entire season will tell if this is noise or signal. The five riders up top could been the top 5 no matter what. Great race, but we didn’t see anything special. Dak threw down a heater. Yup, he’s capable of that. Brosnan, Finn, and Loic put down better times. Yup, they’ve done that before. Loic stomped everyone and looked like a textbook doing it. Yup, he’s done that without electronics, too. You could argue that Luca being back...

5/19/2024 5:55pm no doubt the trails there look extremely fun and access to/from town is handy. everyone we've talked to says the place is a blast to ride. capital of the world though? IMO, there's no place that could or should be able to claim such a title. the city and trails look like they have great mass-market appeal, which is good for the sport. like mentioned above (in so many words by studbeefpile), the element of adventure or wilderness, that many consider the essence of mountain biking, is not on par with big mountain destinations. while i'm not a super adventure...

5/15/2024 4:44pm Props to Dakotah for getting up there without the electronics! From what I recall, Flight Attendant is only the upper portion of a normal charger damper that gets replaced. I wonder how difficult it would be to rig up if riders outside of the Blackbox umbrella wanted to give it a try. At the same time, it'll be interesting to see if the systems stay on for the entire season or get swapped out on steeper tracks.

5/15/2024 4:44pm On the Downtime post-race show they mentioned the KODS (Keep Our Device Secret) on Amaury's bike and were speculating that it was an electronically controlled position adjuster for the idler. Pretty wild if that's what it is...

5/15/2024 4:44pm This will be the season of haves/have-nots with electronic suspension. By the 2025 season anyone running Rockshox will be able to access it (buy it aftermarket even). Rockshox product is basically ready for sale now. ... And Fox will probably catch up enough that most of their world cup athletes will be on it next season. Ohlin's athletes might be up shit creek though as they've moving much slower. The electronic lockout/firm up definitely made a difference on tracks like Fort William where there is a lot of out of the saddle sprinting. Locking a shock out (or even putting...
