Looking like that, I think the cover must be there for some other porpoise.

I'm shocked how many riders are on the best possible team. A stat I think would be interesting to go along with it would be best bang for the buck rider of the race. A quick look at the points looks like Gloria Scarsi at $50k and 120 points would be that pick this week. Edit after I made a spreadsheet... The best bang for the buck overall and Junior Men's was Daniel Parfitt at $200 per point earned. In Men's Elite Douglas Vieira at $263.16, Women's Elite Mikayla Parton at $300, and Junior Women is Heather Wilson at $417.

5th place is nuts! way to go! i'll double-check with our techs, but sometimes there may be multiple results scenarios to get "best team" but only one is presented on the screen. not sure if that's the case with this race, however. if the actual race results were different, top riders elite riders could have been the way to go, too, though. the amount of top elite men not in finals was a really fun/interesting curveball. regardless, it was a hoot. going forward having higher dollar values for riders could make sense. i had 21 riders on my team. that's...

@bstens - it was brought up that you may not be able to pick the same team every round based on rider values changing each race, so consider that too. it's not a "set and forget for the year" game. it's how we chose to run it. re: open through semifinals - once the game has opened, nothing will get adjusted (rider values or closing times) to keep it fair for everyone. we'd thought about shutting down after qualis, but with quali/semi being on the same day this year, the window of time between the quali and semi could lead...

Values look good and there’s some hidden gems in there. But that’s kinda moot with being able to change teams after semis. No point in researching and taking a flyer on potential dark horses to mix it up as of now. If I had a suggestion I’d say teams have to be submitted after qualies at the latest.

you can play how you want, but you have the ability to create a new team each race. you'll start from scratch each round so, up to you if you want to pick the same riders. re: danny hart at $60k - that's a 15th place position in finals for 60 points. hope he smokes that value, but seems realistic given the talent out there, eh?. martin maes (a world cup downhill winner) at $38k seems like the real bargain if his ebike holds up

I just want to say for the record, being able to buy multiple top dogs in each category is so much more fun than pinkbike's league where getting one rider takes up 60% on the team budget.

Rockshox did it before Fox were even on the scene in 2001! Thats the issue with the scene these days everyones to young to remember haha

I really thought the new sender was going to be a 6-bar. This design kinda goes against current choices from other brands. I would be interested to know the reasoning behind it. Looks amazing though, very similar to the Darkmatter:

I happened to stumble across two new Devinci Chainsaw builds that I havent seen posted anywhere: XT My first post on here pertained to a Chainsaw listing that had Deore groupset that seemingly was incorrect but now appears it was just delayed? (display picture is the SX build) https://www.devinci.com/en/bikes/mountain/chainsaw_deore12s_silver/ DH build gets a new colorway:

As far as I can tell that layout is just a slightly reworked Antidote Darkmatter (HSP, concentric axle pivot, concentric BB rocker link). Looks seriously fast.

This photo shows the vest. I originally thought it was arms all in one. This seems legit to go around the rules “one piece” but the skin suit definition is getting blurry for many riders.
