Using a zip tie to attach the quick link makes it way less quick to use. Very few people i know bring any cutting/snipping tool on rides either.

Except millions of dollars, a lot of time and a bunch of patents. @Sonofbovril2 buttons to the left of the grip sound much less ergonomic than a shifter pod under the handlebars if it's meant to be shifted using your thumb...

Hum. I'm intrigued! I wish someone could find those photos. But it doesn't make sense that Neff or any xc racer would need more clearance. Short travel droppers and short suspension travel means tire to battery clearance is usually ample, right?. It's on long travel bikes with long droppers (and shortish chainstays) that the issue arises. Edit: then again, Neff may have just been testing it even if xc bikes don't need the clearance?

Personally don’t think SRAM’s current cable actuated group sets really need an update. Would much rather have them invest in reducing prices for it than a 1 percent increase in shift quality.

I wish it would, but it looks unlikely. The frame is a normal bike without an engine, but there is a big sticker, that says UN3481, with is a shipping regulation for dangerous goods. So this build will end up with at least one Li-Ion Battery on it. Maybe it's just a reverb axs dropper post, but my guess is GX Transmission AXS. The whole direct mount standard, without limit screws etc. is build around the wireless derailleur. Therefore I don't see a cable accurated version coming any time soon.

Looks like a photoshop job to me. The linkages don't make sense at all. That's a Fox fender on a RS fork. The really slack seat angle looks like it was from 1-2 generations back.

I’m shocked anyone is trying to justify 5Devs actions. They knew they had faulty shit cranks on the market and continued selling anyway. I see exactly where Cam is coming from. 5Dev made excuses from the get go. Pretty scary those guys produce aerospace products. I will be sure to NEVER recommend let alone purchase anything these guys put out.
