What if…the third rider on frameworks is Blenkinsop? I recall Neko and Sam were on TFR circa 2010 which was managed by Martin Whitely so there may be some connection there. Sam was on a few WC podiums and even has a win so that would match with the quote we have of third rider having visited the WC podium. I also feel as though Neko always speaks highly of Sam on the DT podcast post race shows. If Neko and Asa pop up in NZ I would be even more convinced of Sam being mystery rider #3.

Transition is fire sale'ing bikes now (like everyone else). They haven't had a full blown EWS/EDR team in the past. Doubt they will be doing something in 2024 with money running dry. Might partially sponsor Bex though, since she's a single rider. But I wouldn't base that on her following them on Instagram.

i'm pretty blown away to have to say this to grown adults (i assume) in our forum, but every time someone trolls or says something you don't like, quoting it and explaining why it's lame/unsavory/kooky/political only makes the thing you dislike live on for days. in the history of the internet, has anyone ever changed their mind and said "you're right," after being challenged/critiqued/criticized/called out in a forum? not that i'm aware of. the garbage has been moderated for now. if you don't like something said here, use the thumbs down, move on, watch it die and it'll be forgotten...

re: shifting speed between old axs and transmission, we highlighted this in our transmission video when it launched - cruise to 11:36 to see it. transmission is slow and steady vs old axs goes as fast as you click the shifter

Thanks for the compliments but we all know you're not just 'some guy', and I'm just a bike nerd like the rest. What you are saying makes sense. All I really have is a lot of ride time on the new Transmission, as well as the older AXS on some of my other bikes. All I said was the electronics help when the derailleur will shift. It doesn't 'sense' this, it just has a map of all the of ramps in the cassette. So it knows the gear you are in, which way you have shifted, and roughly how long...
