6/26/2025 1:52pm I’m sure I’m not the only one who breathed a sigh of relief when Troy crossed the line green last week when it seemed like the track was getting harder as the race progressed. And while i understand the perspective of no court ruling daprela is responsible means they can’t really stop him from racing. But basically eso has pretended that there are no fairly substantiated allegations from the beginning. And it seems as his results have improved closer to where they were more and more media groups seem to be willing to give him a spotlight without an asterisk...

6/26/2025 1:51pm They should cut to commercial during Daprela's run instead of riders like Antoine Rogge that actually deserve the coverage.

6/26/2025 1:51pm I'm all for karma catching up on those who deserve it. Daves summary is spot on BTW. lemon gets it. " If you're innocent you don't typically pay off the victim and threatened publications with legal consequences if they report on anything."

6/26/2025 1:50pm Long time wc photographer D ave Trumpore left this comment on pinkbike in relation to Daprella not being included in any photos. " if you punch someone in the face and don't get charged with assault that doesn't mean you didn't punch them in the face... and often times money buys silence ;-)" supporting the allegations and rumours of a payout/ threat of legal action to sites. Is quite saddening to see allegations of such a nature be so easily brushed under the rug with money even in the small world of mtb.

6/26/2025 1:44pm Jeff Kendall Weed has a great series of slow mo shots in his Podium video with side by side comparisons of front tire skids with the 36SL, 38, and Podium, and it's pretty wild how much fore/aft flex he gets out of the two RSU forks compared to the Podium. Doesn't look like much in the still, but it's a lot of motion back and forth in the vid. Also I just now noticed he's wearing loafers for the shot, which is the most JKW thing you'll see all week. I think it makes an interesting watch for anyone, but...

6/26/2025 1:35pm more photos of the prototype zeb. from the photog - Ella Conolly, Dan Booker and Jesse Melamed were the ones to run it here on the first practice day in Canazei. There is a cover on the left bottom side, maybe some new dials….new lowers and new bridge, so looks like a brand new fork not just some upgrade. It looks like all of them run it in 170mm travel

6/26/2025 1:34pm Galfer released floating shark rotors. The Kashima one would look pretty rad a Podium fork. Too bad it is not 2.3mm thick. Also in their Instagram comments they said their own brakes should be coming out in 2026. https://galfer.eu/bike/galfer-takes-its-shark-line-to-the-next-level-wi…

6/26/2025 1:34pm Okay big conspiracy time. The podium fork has been made for a long time. Fox was waiting for the traditional design of their forks to plateau in innovation and sales before “being the first”. It weighs so much on purpose because their next gen of the fork (which is already made and designed) will be bigger news than the second coming of Jesus. Then after that it will be even bigger with slight updates to the damper that work for USD forks even better, and EVEN LESS WEIGHT. But if they released the fork as perfect on day 1, what...

6/26/2025 1:26pm So an all new brand out of Cali launching at Eurobike with a bunch of new products. Frame, shock, fork, pedals, etc. They are an offshoot of Tilta which make camera stabilization equipment. 6/25/2025 6:20am I've got precious few educated things to say about USD forks, but just jumping in to say that Robot is easily the best podcaster-interviewer in the MTB world. I could listen to him talk for hours about, well, anything... including comparing axle thickness and wine tastings! :-)

6/25/2025 6:13am Yes, I did get the 9.1 fork back from PUSH and promptly took both forks to Angel Fire for 3 days. I have lots of data and info on them and am in the process of putting it all together in a post or two. To address some other things that have come up recently; @TEAMROBOT @sspomer If you guys at Vital MTB really want to test product, you should have someone not affiliated with Vital purchase it. This is the only way you can be sure you get product similar to what the true consumer does. I worked at...
