3/20/2023 5:00pm Hunting Holly. I love Schwalbe but their names are shit. Those cranks don't seem to be online anywhere either.

3/17/2023 2:25pm I'm an 11 speed guy and personally find the really low 50-52t gears counterproductive to forward progress no matter how steep the trail is. But then I only run 30T front chainrings on my 29ers, not 34s like Nino and the boys. I've had AXS since it was first released as a group set, and really it works amazingly well and took all sorts of abuse. It's on my wife's bike now. I only got burned once on a bike ride by a failing battery. That said, I went with X01 11 speed on my DC bike and knocked off...

3/9/2023 12:18pm It's a shock version of the totem. Called the scrotem. I'm guessing it'll be extra supple and sensitive.

3/2/2023 5:44am It is because the open reference is not fixed, but the closed reference is fixed. It is due to tolerances. Count from closed - always.

3/1/2023 3:49am Man, You can literally go out today and buy all the XX1 components your little heart desires that are still cable actuated, Canadian online parts suppliers have it all in stock (TBS bike parts) except the crankset. Please, just go buy it, and ride yer bike, and stop worrying about it. Its not that big a deal, you'll be just fine. Maybe chill out on your obsession with new SRAM highest tier only being AXS, which is only speculation.

2/13/2021 4:48pm I’m sure I’ll get some hate for this but besides seat tube angle, I think most people are running/wanting too slack and long of a bike. Enduro magazine (a solid European mtb publication) did a test of what most ews riders are on and found many of the riders ranging from 5’10” to 6’2” were all on bikes with ~65° head angles and <465mm reach numbers. Granted these guys aren’t the normal rider but the magazine reviewers (much closer to a “normal” rider) tested each bike and despite all of them 6’-6’4” in height they all had their fastest time...
