Yes... this is the global ranking where its counting points from men and women... but like i said.. hard to tell what this ranking is on the site... and its never mentioned in race coverage, or the media at all... if i was Scott I'd be all the time telling ppl we were the #1 team in the rankings... As a team or sponsor you put all this effort in to the WC... I'd want the WC to have a team comp as well... just sayin...

It is strangely interesting looking through the teams.
Brendog is not listed when you click through to the team members of Scott Factory DH, neither Jack Moir on the Intense team or Luca Shaw on the SC Syndicate page?
May be others too, haven't had a long look.
This is from the UCI rulebook and explains the lack of Brendog, Luca etc:
“A UCI gravity team ranking is calculated using by adding the point of the 2 best placed DHI men, the best placed DHI woman, of each UCI MTB team in the concerned UCI individual ranking.“
Not sure if this is completely team rumors or not, but I saw this cannondale prototype “enduro” bike at mountain creek bike park’s closing day. Looks like it’s based on the DH bike being tested last season. It’s got 29” wheels, 160-170mm front travel with looks about the same rear travel. The guy riding it was about 6’2” give or take. The rear is LOOOONNGGG and the headtube was really slack. 63 ish degree range? At first I thought it was just the proto DH bike but it didn’t have a dual crown fork, and it has water bottle mounts on the inside of the frame. also interesting to see that it had the SI offset crank and wheel.
Wish we could see through that guys butt to see if it has the upper shock mounts as well like the Dh version.
Dont think so. The rocker arm does not have an eyelet for the shock close to the seat stays. Maybe it could come with two different rocker arms. But if the observerer writes that it has mounting for a bottlecage, it does not seem likely.

It does not. Here is another angle of the bike, from the non drive side. It clearly shows a clean top tube and lack of upper shock mount. Looking back on the pictures I have, it looks like there could be the new Fox 38 on the front. Its hard to tell though as i did not get a clear shot of the fork.

Green rims person. What's going on with your shoes?

Apparently it’s the new Enduro bike, ready in July.

Think the whole thing's pretty solid but if you're just after #teamrumours it's around the 41min mark
Great listen, Reece get's it about the insurance stuff. I have time when that kid has something to say. It is hard to believe that 85% of these guys risk their lives and hardly have any type of insurance (or make fuck all). I can not see these companies lining up to insure guys for Loose Fest.

I think its super important to have a bit of extra insurance even if your not even close to a pro. Even on top of the stuff i have through work I have a policy through combined insurance here in Canada. If i break my hand riding or skiing and cant turn wrenches for a week i'm covered. If its worse, they cover me until my disability insurance kicks in.

the article has some rather interesting thoughts. Wonder if half of them are true. Interesting about Rude. Are they playing on words with guidon being a new ride or just a new handle bar sponsor?

When they use the term "guidon" they mean a new ride rather than a component sponsor.

It'd be sick to see Cathro racing again. According to his Instagram, he seems to be training a lot and said he hasn't done so for a few years now, so it could make sense.

Course Previews? Maybe him and Elliott doing course previews together could be rad.
