We live in a time where one of worlds biggest bike brands releases a $9.5k push bike that has a chain which falls off due to its design. How this passed r&d and was deemed suitable for the consumer is beyond ridiculous.

Any rider who isn’t proactively shopping around for other offers before the end of their contract is shafting themselves. I don’t know anything about Joe Nation’s situation but it sounds like a lot of riders really sit around expecting a contract renewal to land in their lap at the 11th hour.
