3/19/2025 8:23am just to sort this quickly: Fazua was bought by porsche, the whole company now is porsche e-bike performance, so its not who built it for which company, but they built it for them
that beeing said, the current ride 60 etc. are still released under the fazua branding

3/19/2025 8:15am It's because most of the dirt is flung from behind by the spinning front tire and the reverse arch blocks the seals from that.

3/14/2025 4:58am Not everyone who watches World Cups speaks English or wants to listen to English language commentary. Rob is amazing . Claudio never was. Elliot is much better.

3/14/2025 4:58am Agree on the UX comment. The simplicity of the RBTV app is so good. I'd disagree on the timing comment as effective, accurate and consistent timing is a fundamental for DH racing. My point is that what we got from RBTV at Crankwork Rotorua is basically what we always got at world cups. No full top to bottom runs, less women and glitches on screen. Even though everyone keeps barking on about how RB was so much better. My point being RBTV offered an inferior WC broadcast but the attraction was it was free

3/2/2025 10:44pm Two thoughts: 1.) Kids e-bikes aren't a flooded segment (yet). So while expensive, the bike would likely hold its resale value pretty well. 2.) 1000% down with kids e-bikes. Outside of trying to produce future XC riders (not really the Vital way
, getting kids to the top more often, and hitting more descents surely builds your descending skills faster. I pedal all the time now, but grew up pushing my downhill bike up hills. I can only imagine how my core skills would have progressed if I was logging more actual ride time.

2/26/2025 11:47am what about applying it drunk the night before a ride, spilling half the lube on the floor then wiping the excess off the chain with a rag which is my current go to method?

2/11/2025 4:13am That's basically what Benoit runs. It's an old guide meant for 2x and 3x drivetrain system chain retention in place of the lower roller. Can't remember the bike brand that introduced them. Liteville or Bionicon? EDIT: Bionicon C.Guide

2/11/2025 4:04am When can we accept that sizing is a choice and a preference. Just because he’s a certain height doesn’t mean he should be forced to follow the size chart. If you prefer a shorter frame thats great for you, and vice versa, but the under breath criticism of anyone that chooses otherwise is tired.

2/10/2025 12:50pm I've always heard brake jack is terrible on single pivots. True/false/thoughts. I'll come back to Brake Jack, but in my experience it's no worse on our bikes. Just learn to brake in the right places, this is the most important skill for being a good rider!

2/10/2025 1:04am I think that's fair. After doing this test, I'm going to keep thrashing my 2018 Commencal Absolut. I will say that the best part about these bikes is you can go in on a DJ, and 5 years later it'll be just as fun and will have required minimal maintenance. I can't say the same about any mountain bike I've ever owned.

2/10/2025 1:02am Not really, a slope bike is not needed on pump tracks and decently built jumps. It adds unnecessary weight and cost. The only benefit of a ss bike is absorbing the big landings on ss courses. Even there a lot of the pros ride djs.
