Let's be honest, it's their rules, their terms to enter their country. Even most of Europe, if you can't accept that don't race and don't complain. The vaccine gives you a opportunitiy

Can you shitbirds keep your worthless political opinions out of this thread and keep the conversation based around who we can confirm will be competing at the first World Cup? The UCI isn’t the French government so it’s not (yet) a problem of the sport or its governing body. Try to focus and go troll your uneducated (unless you’re an epidemiologist) dreck somewhere else.

Let's go Brandon is the dumbest work around I have ever heard. If you want to say something just say it, don't act like some grade 3 kid scared to swear in front of their grand parents. Also, saying you'd shoot some one with a 9mm on the internet over your opinion pretty much sums up that you probably shouldn't own a gun and have a problem.

Personally, I think it’s great. I wish the U.S. would lay down some authority too. There might be a few riders who opt not to get vaccinated, but I don’t think it will be any of the top contenders. Bring on the racing!

Come on man! Barelli is one of the coolest people in the sport. He is also a former racer. Perfectly appropriate to discuss him here.

Team rumors forum this year is a bigger disappointment than the anti-vaxers keeping this pandemic trucking right along. Come on Vital, make some burner accounts and spill the beans for us already....there's barely 2 weeks left on some of these contracts. This fire needs some fuel!!!!

Never thought I'd see an F1 rumours (that I didn't see anywhere else, even after Googling) on a MTB forum. If anything, it's likely Mazepin Sr. will take over the Haas entry, Red Bull has enough on their plate - two teams (Red Bull Racing and Alpha Tauri, previously Torro Rosso) and a nascent engine development program (it is thought they will be doing their own engine for the 2026 regulations instead of teaming up with a manufacturer, like Audi/Porsche). It makes no sense to pick up an additional team, let alone one that has a base in the USA...

Um... Erwan... Airsprings have a lower unsprung weight than coil springs do... I know this sounds facetious (I do see the irony and 'poking' in what I wrote, which was part of the reason for writing it, but I am also very serious, as it is true), so to maybe go through the longer of your posts: -the weight penalty of the buttercups will be... 5 grams per side? Maybe 10? If you can feel unsprung weight difference in grams: +I really hope you cover your fork lowers, caliper, wheelset and tyre (tread included) with silicone spray to prevent ANY...

Wow, with all due respect to Tinker, this is one of the most pretentious posts I've ever read in the bike industry. Is C-Dale just supposed to pay him indefinitely? I didn't even know he was still riding let alone "ambassadoring".

I don’t understand all this hate for ebikes. I don’t own one for the moment but I rented one this summer and I can say that I had a lot of fun. Yes, the engine helps with the climb but you still have to pedal. And the power is the same for all engines…For industry e-bikes segment is gold, I want to ride as long as possible and ebikes are helping us. For all those haters grab an ebike, go out for a ride and get back with feedback. There are a lot of things to improve but keep in...

people hating on ebike racing, clearly missing the point its far harder on the body going down on these, the struggle of moving these heavy things around really take its toll. Saying ebike racing is bs is like saying you hate motor racing because flintstone racing is better. People who hate on ebikes A: cant afford it, B: jealous, C: already fit and just being arrogant, D: ride lift access and the biggest one E: Refuse to admit ebikers have far more fun when they do 3 x the laps your "analog" bike does, ebikers will also tend to ride...

Hating on e-bikes is one of the most irrational thing ever. I could understand it when they first came out and caused some trail acces issues in NA, but just hating on them is silly. No one is forcing you to ride one, people riding them don't affect how much fun can be had on a normal bike. E-bike racing probably needs to find the right format, but I'm fine with it as is. Do you'all think it's somehow cheating? On who, other people riding electric bicycles? Is it not hard enough? So it's DH compared to XC or Enduro...

Hey Guys, another update. Austin was one of the first people I called after getting hurt. We're buddies and talk/ride together fairly regularly. I let him know what was up and wanted to confirm that he was staying in Europe for the next month like I thought he was. He's racing Maribor this weekend and isn't planning on coming back home until after the WC in Switzerland next month either way. That was good news as he's easily ready to go if I pull out. I also contacted USAC to make sure they get him everything he needs to compete...

You're a prick. He's not greedy you self righteous nitwit. He got his value on the market when he could based off what he rightfully produced on course and off at the time. He and most others are going to starve next season and probably a few to come because of all this Covid crap. Thanks to being smart and not letting the dangerous physical risks he takes to promote their brands go uncompensated should he get a devastating injury...he may have income left to live on after his career is over. Amazing what stupidity, ignorance or flat out poverty...
