The only hint I've seen is on the mud guard page, it shows the current version is for 2025 and earlier. https://ridefox.com/products/fox-fork-mud-guard?variant=47160513200352

Apologies if I missed it (I’ve only consumed about 800 of the 846 pages in this forum while I shoulda been working or parenting) but is the 38 imminently due for a release? Assuming it’ll have a a staggered announcement like all these others trickling out but haven’t seen much chatter about the 38. Burly single crowns are my jam. I vaguely recall some talk of a Fox USD fork a while back but not much else in the forums about a new 38 so wondering whether it’ll get a major overhaul or the same kind of incremental updates as...

After that many years and issues on the same platform, it would have been a good time to rename the Float X2 to Float X3 to try to differentiate it from the unreliable last version 😅

I thought this comment, from the Escape Collective's Cape Epic coverage, was interesting and wonder how it stacks uo against Fox Neo... " A few riders using Flight Attendant had buttons in highly convenient locations and noted the need to be able to quickly unlock the suspension when a smaller bump or rut was coming up as the system, as good as it is, seemingly cannot react quickly enough for their needs. Even shot with a potato that seatpost looks terrible. The rest of the build looks great though! Also, it says there's internal downtube storage on this. That's not a thing on the current one, is it?

“SWAT internal downtube storage” So they moved the battery up higher to fit storage in the bike? Assuming the bottle cage is still the access door. Also interesting they integrated Apple Find My into the hardware. First time I recall that tech being opened to a partner. I recovered my stolen 1-up rack because of an AirTag.

Air shocks aside, the temp of the shock doesn’t really tell you anything if you don’t know the tune and what it has just done. It’s a simple conservation of energy equation. The heat generated by the damper is the work it has done to absorb impacts.

Us bike nerds notice when there's a new color bolt on a stem. Someone definitely would have noticed Nino and Filippo winning Cape Epic on 32" wheels. They are easy to spot.

Just to spin back to the 32" conversation... Does that make the 34sl and 36sl make more sense? Even if I hate that it might? I couldn't even stand over a 32" tire so I don't see myself being able to ride one. I'd look like a 10 year old on an XS 29 in frame.

IIIPRO/Onirii aka Temu/AliExpress special. Looks like they were inspired by Code Ultimates for this iteration.

would love to think it means a bunch of new bikes i.e. demo + enduro + levo, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't just a new levo. maybe it also has some kind of integrated telemetry, given their rumored purchase of motion instruments?
