Late on the reply but yeah, I had the same issue - fit on my short travel stumpy no problem but on the Evo I tried everything without luck. Figured the original hose had swollen over time but yeah maybe the diameter is just too small. Ended up buying the Jagwire Pro Quickfit hose + banjo kit and it went in with no problem. Kind of annoying to have to buy a new hose though.

Thanks. Yeah I gave the Convert/Union combo a try last build and really liked it so same again this time. Noticeably better grip up front and can drop a PSI or two as well... highly recommended as long as you're running a 2.4in or wider front tire. Can't say enough good things about We Are One, both their products and customer support are top notch.
