Looks similar to what the Scott team did a year or two back on the Gambler; the axle path remains the same (assuming it's the same frame) but trying an idler to reduce kickback a bit

All new from the ground up more like the made it almost exactly the same and put an extra hole in the frame, 50/50 overlay i made from the other site

Loic talked about the new Specialized DH rig on the Gypsy Tales podcast and mentioned that their linkages can be swapped out/changed to affect how reward (or not) the axle path is. Might just be for testing purpose and won't make it in the production bike. But interesting none the less and will allow them to easily dial in the perfect feel on the test mule.

I'm seriously confused, here in Aus, XX T-Type cassette will set you back, $945, X0 on the other hand is $688, the construction appears to be the same (X-dome, with two stamped steel pinned larger cogs, and finally one alloy granny gear) and the weight is the exact same 385g!! All the "features" listed on SRAM's website appear to be the same. So what is the deal with that price difference, If there is any tangible advantage (like longevity) I'd love to know! Sidenote: 350g (25g lighter) XX SL Cassette for $1031 Aussie dollars is outrageous

Maybe not the top end, but SX/NX Eagle really aren't remotely competitive with even Deore, much less SLX. As far as I know people generally only go for those if they don't have a HG+ hub body or if they prefer the Sram 'feel'. GX could at least use a refresh; I haven't heard of anything particularly 'wrong' with it but it's also been essentially the same for over five years.

Personally don’t think SRAM’s current cable actuated group sets really need an update. Would much rather have them invest in reducing prices for it than a 1 percent increase in shift quality.
