Looking like this is the lineup for '24 Specialized Epic World Cup: Released last year Epic: Dropping very soon (120 rear, builds with 120 and 130mm forks for XC or Downcountry/Trail) w/SWAT and S sizing Stumpjumper: un-released but basically same frame (but without motor) as the recently release Tubro Levo SL Enduro: Re-designed last minute to incorporate the design of the Demo prototype. Late summer/fall release for MY25? Demo: Un-changed until production available, full carbon, late '24 or early '25.

Its actually so cool to see XC evolving to be more aggressive in all fronts of riding. Not just climbing and efficiency. Hell, make tracks a little more crazy and itll be like watching massive 4X races. Id watch that live.

I've compiled a list of moves in enduro racing for this winter, covering the top 40 MEN and top 20 WOMEN. Hopefully, I haven't missed anything. With how many bike sponsorships Zink has gone through over the years, I'm curious if he's difficult to work with? He is one of the most consistent and well known names in freeride, but it feels like he's bounced around a lot. Or maybe I'm reading into things too much and he's just been unlucky? meh you can talk about ultimates as well, still not that powerful. https://enduro-mtb.com/en/best-mtb-disc-brake-can-buy/ according to this test, all details are in the link, with a given force to the lever equal to every brake in test code rsc were "producing" only 70nm to the rotor, meaning that the ultra powerful maven being 50% stronger would be 105nm, so still less then a direttissima, let alone a maxima. Enduro mtb is working on another of these tests i'm super interested in with the new brakes now on sale.

i know it's not just brakes, but it's nuts 1k for sram brakes, must be crazy to pay that much for something mass produced, when you can get direttissima brakes, handmade and checked for a tad more, or other options anyway with much higher quality like hope

codes have pretty awful power considering it's sram's DH brakes, the force needed to the lever is always too much to have some decent stopping power at the rotor, Dominions, dhr evo, hope v4, mt7, these are all way more powerful and with a much lighter lever. therefore they need to step up their game with the Mavens

Any chance the UCI prototype rules will force a limited run of frames to be built (BUILD IT SPECIALIZED)? Or have Specialized Gravity and Pivot been given a bit of a free pass in the context of the struggling bike industry?
