This is one of the features for the Korea track exiting the woods. I believe it's roughly 2/3 of the way down. The landings are going to be built in late-March, early April. They said about 70% of the course is done, with the remaining elements going on the open slopes. Not much intel on the XC course other than it being over by the bike park but apparently, not using any of the existing trails. They're going to shut down the slopes that run across the course early to get as much time as possible to build. FYI, Vital...

tech rumors forum update - you've spoken and have been heard we'll lock out this thread at the end of the year (no matter what, it's just too darn big now), and will carry on with yearly tech rumors threads that will be stickied for easy participation. the 2026 thread is already underway here (not yet stickied) i just want to thank everyone for their feedback and insight on what this piece of the vital community means.

Accel Group is said to merge its racing teams. Ghost XC Racing, this one, all under the Lapierre brand name. Ghost focuses on some freeriders and on surviving as a brand.

My grandfather was a bus driver and local side hustle handy man. His wife was the cafeteria lady at the local high school. Retired comfortably at 60 with vacation money. In addition to coming back to gravity racing with Team Axess, Nukeproof will also join the XC World Cup circus now as part of Team KMC. We'd say this makes perfect sense, as the Nukeproof brand is far more likely to capitalize and convert on the MTB buzz in XC now (a discipline that is getting gnarlier and more fun to watch with each passing year) than Ridley. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nukeproof to go XC racing with Team KMC Nukeproof KMC will remain the main and title sponsor for the coming years on our road to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games...

If you're Amaury Pierron and you have a mountain of spare derailleurs waiting for you at the team truck, I'm sure DH Transmission is lovely to use. It's probably pretty durable, and shifts great under power. But as a customer, I can't imagine ever justifying a $500 derailleur on a DH bike, not to mention having one more thing to forget to charge before riding. Maybe ten years from now the price of electronic shifting will come back down to earth, but for now it's crazy to me to use a $500 tool in a vulnerable spot on a DH...
