1/7/2026 5:17am The previous gen Sight is about perfect balance of travel along with light yet burly. There were, and still are a ton of those being ridden on the Shore. With talk of the mid class bike making a comeback do we see the option for a 170mm Lyrik and 36 return?

1/7/2026 4:51am “Cars have electric steering racks now” Having just spent weeks removing an electric rack from a rally car to go back to a fully hydraulic one. I can say, just cos they are newer, definitely doesn’t make them better. The feel and feedback of the hydraulic rack is superior. Consider this my subscription to the new thread. (Despite its very outdated name, surely it should be about size specific chainstays)

1/7/2026 4:49am Omg, you can see my brake hoses, how embarrassing.... I'm guessing this is more for the road side of things, but imagine going through a super tech steep or flying down a hill towards an intersection and both your brakes unpair, then this progressive brake systems that you cannot control kicks in at the wrong time. Now not only can you not slow down under your own volition, but now you can't necessarily roll it out either. You are now unintentionally stopping and have no control over the speed you're slowing down even. Given how often I deal with Axs...

1/7/2026 4:38am This is one of the features for the Korea track exiting the woods. I believe it's roughly 2/3 of the way down. The landings are going to be built in late-March, early April. They said about 70% of the course is done, with the remaining elements going on the open slopes. Not much intel on the XC course other than it being over by the bike park but apparently, not using any of the existing trails. They're going to shut down the slopes that run across the course early to get as much time as possible to build. FYI, Vital...

12/23/2025 2:33pm I could be reading this wrong, but looks like Brage and GT are officially over. Surprised it took this long for an actual announcement, but maybe they wanted to wait for all the Trolldom stuff to be released first? Maybe? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSnyhjoDLrr/?igsh=MTJzb2Vhcm5obDJtbg==

12/23/2025 6:26am My grandfather was a bus driver and local side hustle handy man. His wife was the cafeteria lady at the local high school. Retired comfortably at 60 with vacation money. Owned a home kn their late 20s. Everyone of their 4 kids own a home. Was a city councilman for several years. My brother in law is a doctor. But 500k in student loans at 7ish percent means it will be a looooong time before he and my sister’s life actually feels upper class. Add to that the some 30 grand out of pocket they spent on ivf. Do student...
