4/9/2026 10:21am Not a Gates belt and the teeth on the crank cog look either misformed with every other tooth joing, poorly 3d printed or just straight up hallucinated.

4/7/2026 9:03am PS. New saint flat pedals releasing later this month…. Except they are from 2021, when they first released and then quickly got shelved because the axles were breaking. So they finally updated the axles, only took five years 😂

3/31/2026 4:33pm I think they just bumped the fork to 160 and use the piggyback genie shock. Otherwise the frame seems to be the same. Someone can correct me if there's more to it.

3/30/2026 2:44pm Seems like a good way to meet the needs of many aesthetically different but semi functionally equivalent user group needs. Trail, xc, gravel and road are mostly differentiated by looks and weight IMO. Shooting for the middle and tweaking the aesthetic with the visor is a pretty smart move from a product management perspective. Expecting to see more of this type of product design in these trying times.

3/30/2026 7:44am Quite intrigued by this new peak design from POC. Reading between the lines I’d guess they’re going to offer options for different weather conditions and possibly aero? Also interested to know what kind of breakaway force is required.

3/26/2026 10:20am This forum is to discuss anything related to the latest FOX 38 fork released in March, 2026. We will update the initial post as we conduct further testing. First Ride Review - 2027 Fox 38 Fork The 38 is revered by many as one of the best single-crown, gravity forks. Stout, stable, unwavering. It's a fork that lets you hit stuff hard with minimal consequence. Of course, popularity breeds critique. Some have found the 38 a bit stiff, inconsistent, and harsh at times. The changes that came in 2024, namely new bushings, bypass channels, and the Grip X2 damper, remedied...

3/21/2026 7:55pm My understanding is that manufacturers mostly build carbon frames from the ground up (as opposed to being assembled from pre-manufactured tubes, a la Atherton Bikes), and that layup patterns don't vary much or at all between sizes ( with a few notable exceptions). But that might be old wisdom on my part, and perhaps the industry is more sophisticated in the way it designs layup patternds now. Maybe everyone is tuning thickness and layup pattern between sizes, but only a few brands are explicitly advertising it. Here's an example of Unno's layup for the Dash 130:

3/21/2026 7:54pm You can - depends on your desire to order small parts and do disassembly and reassembly. The kits will become available and the tech can be applied. You can look up parts kits on the tech page, though MY27 won't appear for another few weeks: tech.ridefox.com

3/21/2026 7:51pm I actually love the way the new float X2 feels, my friend bought one too and he says it feels better than his old DHX2 coil. You can name it what you want when it rides as good as it does.

3/21/2026 7:50pm It's awesome Vital is getting enough recognition that Fox decided to chime in. So far they haven't done anything but clarify a few things and answer a couple questions. @FoxFactory can you upgrade an existing gripX2 with the new mid-valve or does it require a whole new damper?

3/21/2026 7:50pm Correct, though as of last year Float X2 is no longer twin tube and has moved to a mono-tube design. We kept the X2 designations to help the majority of riders understand what product relates to what category and what adjustments they can expect on the product.
